I've had two orders placed after this one arrive but no sign of this one placed on the 10th August WW1508100223201508 any ideas.

bones3  I think your package will be shipped today ,because the tracking number  came out : JD0002251443961002

vectis   yours' is shipped out on 12 August , but due to without tracking number , i can not track it

isabel22 would you enlighten me for the Vapecige VTbox 200, please? I placed order W1508050203132928 on 05.8 and was #36 on preorders. You took the money from my account on 25.8 and a almost month after that still no dispatch.

I'm fed up with empty promises from your company and from incompetent customer service - they think I ordered a "mobile phone and its on high demand" and gave me not related answers even.

I think Paypal resolution centre will have a better idea how to deal in such an occasions.

I'm eagerly waiting your answer here or PM.

There has been numerous delays after Vapecige sent out some 200 in the first batch that had some real issues ( like fitting a male connector on the Lipoly battery) 510's being glued and coming away from the device when unscrewing an atty, etc, etc

They are supposed to have fuxed all the issues and vendors like FT, Gearbest, etc, shoud be recieving the updated versions shortly ( most of the above info is freeely available on the net)

So hopefully Gearbest should be able to advuse when your likely to have your item shipped, its the one big failing of most Chinese vendors dont keep the customer informed when things go wrong, the favourite is the shipping date continoues to move further back, with little or no advise as to why..

You are better off waiting, believe me  There were issues with the first batch. I had one and while it was relatively easily sorted out, good to see they are hassling the makers for updated ones.
