I made an order of 4 items from Gear Best earlier this year. They shipped 2 items, neither of which were what I ordered. Customer Service said the 2 items I ordered were no longer in stock. The 2 items I received were replacements for those 2 items. They also said the other 2 items that were never shipped were in stock and would be shipped. That was months ago. Nothing has arrived and I just don't buy from Gear Best anymore. Correction, I just looked at the order on GB. One of the items I received was correct, the other was not. The order was shipped June 24th. So I got one useable item at $15.94 US from a $58.15 US order. GB are the only company i've ordered vape gear from that never turned up. Plenty other members here seem happy with the service they get though so it's not all bad news for GB. Just chalk it up on the 'lesson learned' board & shop elsewhere. Tagging isabel22 to see if she can hopefully do something about these issues. Thanks, but already tried that & because i didn't use 'tracked postage' she couldn't really help. No big deal for me, i pretty much got what i expected, lesson learned & moved on. PayPal. I have never used tracking post and always got my money back on "lost", 4 now, but with how much I have ordered that percentage is very very low, 1 was gearbest, looking like number 5 is too, I blame Yodel for this one, I do honestly think gearbest ship everything, some just don't make it......anyway it's thier responsibility to get it to you with thier "free shipping" when they then say it's your fault for choosing no tracking state the latter in the resolution center and escalated to a claim. I don't know if GB shipped my order or not, i didn't really want to order from them but the item wasn't available anywhere else at that time. It doesn't really matter, i'm not hung up over it enough to make a claim, i've written it off & will continue to shop elsewhere.

The headphones I received were "Mini 503". I already had a pair of those and don't use them because they're not loud enough for use at my work.

FYI, the Mini 503 I received are not the same as the out of stock pair I tried to order.
