Incorrect product from Gearbest

I ordered a Dovpo Harvest Tank from Gearbest.  The parcel arrived today and I opened it and found this instead:



Basically a cheap fake. It even has 'Fruit Tank' written on it! The name is accurate anyway, it's a Lemon.

This one is a blindingly obvious fake - but I'm aware that there are other fakes out there that are very well done and almost undetectable.

It makes me distrust that other items that Gearbest are selling are genuine.

I have contacted customer service and asked for a replacement/refund, will keep people updated on progress.

Shame on you Gearbest.

they don't even sell a harvest "style" tank, my first assumption was they simply sent out the wrong one...isabel22 come to the rescue please and sort this

possibly a stocking/packing error, the 'fruit tank' is similar in looks... wait for G/B to respond, giving isabel22 another tag to get her attention..

my GB sourced harvest tank arrived in different packaging, similar plastic box, but the card sleeve was clearly printed with the dovpo name ... if not binned i will take a snap later..

The annoying bit and reason for buying was the Harvest tank   used Kanger coils, this uses Aspire coils.

Absolutely, car147 , the reason I bought it was that I could use the K coils on it.

Hi phatfil , in the product photos on Gearbest the real tank has both the name and logo lasered on to it, and is a completely different build, as mentioned, it is compatible with Subtank coils, these look like Atlantis coils. Can't find the Fruit Tank anywhere on Gearbest...

Im not doubting you have the wrong thing beedee, just that its an intentional ripoff, GB are pretty good at distinguishing copies with the keyword styled in their ads, and my dovpo packaged harvest tank came from them.. (complete with tank name etched/transfered on the body)

More likely to be a screw up and get you the proper atty sent out as soon as the stock issue is resolved..

fwiw the coils supplied with mine were both round, and thinner than the square kanger coils which ive fitted and use..

id be interested in the results of fitting a kanger coil in your fruit tank.. if they do also fit (screw in and mate with the chimney)

im almost running out of juice in my harvest so will take some snaps of it in detail before refilling (am temp control vaping so should be able to vape the tank dry....)
