Dear all , i made a comparison between the pictures from car147 and one sample in our warehouse . verified that they are the same item . then we got the answer from the supplier ,they said : since they signed the contract with one big vendor foreign , except this vendor, the other vendors are not allowed to sell this tank with logo DOVPO and also changed the coil head ,is aspire instead of kanger . I need to apologize to you all here , because : this tank with logo and kanger coil head was contracted by one vendor foreign ,but the contract only for the tank , we can sell the Kit with logo . but due to the supplier only informed us the tank will be producted without logo , but not said very clearly also changed the coil head. and our colleague also not checked very carefully , when they had that one kit sample on hand and made the pictures for the kit description , but also put the picture about the part of tank on the tank product page . Due to our negligence , caused your loss , i am very very sorry . Pls forgive our mistake and who bought this item ,ps leave your order code here , i will refund the money and attach one picture : the certificate of authorization by DOVPO . Thanks all for your attention .

i will apologize from the beginning ..... all this certificates of authorization by any company are good for your company ,... we don't vape documents .... if someone pay for a ''x'' called mode with detailed pictures on your website is the prove of a signed contract between your company and the customer and your 1st responsability is to send to the customer the item he paid and not the different one . If a mistake happened is Your responsibility (company) to support all the expenses ( tax , post ,etc ) .... i think is the same everywhere . ... by the way : posting the real pictures of items is a plus not a minus

We need to get real here. We are buying stuff from China and it is in no way the same as in the UK. That`s the price we pay for saving money. isabel22 has researched the problem and found out what happened and apologised (she does not work in the same place as where stuff is dispatched from). I know that she is very unhappy and sad about what has happened. I have been messaging her all the way through this trying to help. If she wasn`t here, problems like this would probably go unanswered. I hope too that people get refunded and will keep their tanks. There is nothing to be gained by sending them back as they have been used and it would be unhygienic. She should be valued here, what happened is not her fault personally and she had done all she can to clarify the situation and fix it as best as she can.

Well said robby Having a rep here is far better than NOT having one. Mistakes do happen unfortunately, I work in e-commerce myself so know all too well how often they happen. It's how these mistakes are handled which is the measure to go by. isabel22 handles everything to the best of her ability........and is a great point of contact for AAEC members when dealing with GearBest. She's also human........ and deserves to be treated with civility and decency.

Agreed with the above, isabel22 only works for the company, she is trying her best to keep us happy, some of GearBests practices may not be to our liking but I think having isabel22 here and helping is a godsend

Its if car147 and beedee who got the duff attys are placated by the admission of error and the refund by G/B thats important.. Anyone het up about this could take a step back and consider that getting a resolution for an issue crossing 1000's of miles time zones and both cultural and language barriers within a week isnt bad going.. If .. those effected directly are content... ps anyone want a 'rare' authentic dovpo harrst tank??? hehe
