Well at the moment I prefer Ti & NiFE30 over Ni, will have to wait until I have tried the SS316L from SV

For me, no. NiFe30 has too low a resistance for my building skills / needs.
Got SS316L and Ti from StealthVape this morning, will try a build with each.

mikedidthis The TCR of SVs NiFe30 is 0.00500 and Ni is 0.00620 so not a lot of difference, I'm not perfect at making coils but it is a lot better to work with and using a coil jig like the Coil Master it is quite easy to make a decent 0.1 ohm dual build for TC Mods unlike Ni where I was always having problems with too low a resistance. Ni: 25 wraps 26g round 2.5mm = 0.1 NiFe30 only needs 11 wraps so you can see how hard it is to work with Ni with wire thick enough not to break when you screw the wires down (another of my problems )

[NOT ABOUT NiFe30]Got my wire from Stealth Vape and only have time for a quick test right now so I used the thickest 0.4 mm and it is regulating temperature, not as smoothly as higher TCR wires, but it is doing it especially protecting against high temp. (time scale 10 seconds) ETA Reduced the res (removed 2 wraps) upped the temp 40 F as this build is a bit lost in a Velocity

Just received my NiFe 30 wire from stealthvape 28AWG,done a coil at 8 wraps on a 2.5mm bit set TCR at 0500,comes in at 0.27ohms and running on cuboid at 23 watts @ 440F and its very nice, good flavour. im thinking it tastes better than Dicodes NiFe 30 with a TCR of 320. Might push the wattage up a little..

Well just pushed the wattage up to 27 and I didn't like it as much ,set it again at 23watts but up the temp to 460F and that seems a little better , im surprised at how clean the taste is compared to ss316 if that makes any sense.

More wraps should improve it at higher power. I think the spikiness does affect flavour a bit and is probably why I couldn't live with YiHi temp limiting.

It does taste clean and smooooth If I can get a dual coil setup at around 40/50w and the coils last me 1 month with a bit of 600f dry burning then I might stick with it me thinks. For some juices like my yoghurts I find ss seems to not be very compatible (I know weird) but the quick go of Nife30 I had last weekend felt a lot calmer and like it's just meant for TC (which obviously it is)

It looks like 26 gauge 3mm ID 9 or 10 wraps dual coil in my griffin should work sweet around 50w
