I know karma. If there was a facebook page showing the same cruelty on humans, people would be arrested & charged.

Youtube is also a site where sick & evil people can upload similar vids of animal cruelty.

Good Alvo, I did have a look for it . . . as much as I didn't want to and couldn't find it either.

I can't imagine that there'll be any legal repercussions for these wicked people, more's the pity.

it may just have gone underground in fairness, but at least we'll never have to see it...

I'm struggling to come to terms with why somebody would have a page like this, was it actually promoting cruelty, or promoting cruelty awareness by showing what goes on out there?

I think it may have been promoting animal cruelty unfortunatly.

As I said, pity youtube allowes evil people to upload vids of animal cruelty. How I know is I came across one by accident. Was looking for vids about gerbils, & this horrid vid came up in the list. Was totally unaware of what I could be looking at, until I clicked play. Was very very upsetting. I have since been told that other people have had the misfortune to come across similar cruelty vids.

I simply cannot get my head round what makes people like this tick, really can't . . . and if they can do these beyond evil things to animals . . . what other horrendous, unspeakable acts are they capable of.

I'm always on YouTube watching vids of pet rats (there's one of my 6 that I uploaded where you can hear them talking to each other as I have my bat detector on) but I have been very lucky so far and not come across any cruelty vids. After hearing what you say though Hissie, it makes me think I might stop going on there just in case I do come across one! I can't bear to see any animals being treated badly!

I wouldn't stop watching vids on youtube. I may have been very unlucky. However, I think there will be plenty cruelty vids on there unfortunatly because there is obviously a demand for it.

I was watching videos of Gerbils with my 8 year old daughter (proud gerbil carer,) and we came across one where they were using Gerbils as live food for their pet snake... Not sure it's cruelty, but it wasn't pleasant for me, or my daughter, who loves her gerbils. Unfortunately it was too quick, otherwise as soon as I saw the snake I would have known what was going on.
