Yeah set the temperature to OFF and turn the Watts to 8W and move up one Watt at a time trying in between until you find your preferred spot. If it's like most mods the screen should show Volts instead of C or F when the temp control is switched off. Temp control only works properly with certain types of wire and should not be used with regular kanthal coils.

were getting there. just to clarify, are you using the tank that is part of the package or did you buy a seperate nautilus mini tank. what it says on that website the tank is a 5ml Top-fill Harvest Tank with 0.5ohm OCC coil (It is compatible with KangerTech SubTank coils both OCC Kanthal and Ni200). if you are using a nautilus mini (this tank) dnavapes.com/collections/tanks-and-clearomisers/products/aspire-nautilus-minithe coil options are 1.6 and 1.8 and the maximum wattage is 14watts (this MUST NOT be set to TC temperature control mode on the device). if you are using the Harvest Tank www.vapourcigarette.co.uk/forever-30-ecig-mod then you have to make sure that you only use the ni200 coils in temperature control mode and the standard OCC coils in wattage mode. on the side of each coil will be etched if it is ni200 or 0.5ohm. ive still never heard or seen this tank before so its difficult to explain any easier.

Hi emwat. And welcome. Maybe you should go back to the shop, and ask them how to set it. If you don't get a decent answer from them, then we really need to see what you have in a photo. The shop should have advised you on the methods of vaping regarding Temperature control (and battery/charging safety). It is a relatively new concept, and not everyone should be using it unless they know how to. Please don't be shy to ask here for any help, but your first stop should be the retailer.

NO Temp, 8 watts... that's a great place to start. There are 4 holes on the Nautilus (I think), you can use any of them to suit what you like. When I first got it, I went for the next to largest... now the largest, always. You can go up to 15 watts with most liquids. My all-time favourite setting is 12.8 watts.

Ok think i need to do more research myself to get my head round it all. Ill start with the shop. He just said it was preset and good to go just needed to adjust it to how i liked it. Also will need to research my liquid as the vivid are awful but saying that i havent tried many others to compare. One last question though for now? does the price you pay determine the quality of liquid or is it more the ingredients. Im not quite up on the ratios as yet. Thanks so far guys im sure i will need more help soon ????

MrDj hi. Im using the forever 30 bottom bit but the top is a nautilus mini if that makes sense. It was 2 seperate brands and items not a starter pack. I explained what i wanted in a ecig and let them pick thought they knew more than me ???? I actually forgot to get their liquid at the same time so bought the vivid menthol 18mg as you can buy it most places now.

emwat the price you pay for e-liquids does not always determine the quality of the e-liquid.

Just turn it up 1W or half a W try it and keep turning it up by the same amount until you find a spot that you're happy with, if you start getting dry hits or a burnt taste back it down a little bit, the point is to set it to your own tastes. Try it on all the airflow options some people prefer a tight draw others prefer it looser. As for liquids i would say give joosejuice a go they do 10ml bottles for £1.49 a good deal less than the £4.99 for the Vivid stuff. Pick a bunch you think you might fancy they do a range of strengths and PG/VG ratios and even flavour strengths. If you find some you really like they do bigger size bottles for even cheaper prices. joosejuice.co.uk/2x 30ml bottles for £7.25 2x 50ml bottles for £9.95 4x 50ml bottles for £16.64 Try out a bunch of the smaller bottles first though everyone's tastes differ there's bound to be some you end up not liking but better to spend £1.49 on a bottle you find out isn't for you than £4.99.

Thanks so far guys im sure i will need more help soon ???? The price you pay can *sometimes* (but not always) give you an idea of what you might get. The problem is too many brand vaping shops (online) don't give a damn about you and just want your money. Independent (the well known) shops are trustworthy (in my opinion) as they can't get away with much as they rely on US, the vapers. If you google e-liquid UK, chances are the first page will all be brand stores. Let me see. (off we go).... Top is UKecigstore. They pay to be there and bribe people to recommend them with financial inducements. Next is Vapemate. They call themselves "The UK's No. 1 eliquid"... that is completely not true. It's cheap but not cheerful. Mostly, it's all nasty brands. VapeClub are listed.... maybe people can make a comment about them.
