Following on from my original thread: allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/59449/everythingliquid-mixmaster-range?page=1I've now had the chance to test a fair number of the concentrates so far mixed up and thought it was time to give some feedback on the ones I have tried. I'll stress that the flavouring ratios used are what I thought would suit my tastes . . . . yours might be completely different. It's no secret I enjoy a good full on flavour in my eliquid. So here's what I mixed mid November . . . . the majority as ' one shots ' to get a feel for the flavours. My thoughts so far: Beetle Juice ( mixed at 20% ) Really enjoyed this fruity taste, very similar to those Fruit Salad chewy sweets - a definite candy type flavour. Most enjoyable. Black Jack ( mixed at 20% ) Went too heavy on flavour with this one and diluted it down to around 15%. I'd suggest maybe starting at 12-15% and take it from there . . . . it is however a stonkingly good Black Jack, I really can't find any fault or negative to say about it. Killer Custard ( mixed at 25% ) Not for me I'm afraid as a straight Custard flavour, it lacked the creaminess that a well known Vanilla Custard has and which I so enjoy. In a blend it might work better, if you're concerned about Acetoin & Acetylpropionyl which this doesn't contain, then you might want to consider it. This vaper isn't for turning on her choice of VC's however. Barley Sugar ( mixed at 20% ) Loved this! Not a flavour I've tried in a vape until now, again could not fault it . . . . completely authentic taste to the sweets without being sugary sweet and cloying. Gummy Bear ( mixed at 25% ) This didn't transport me to great taste heights - but it's a pleasant enough, easy to vape mixed fruit flavour. Passion Fruit ( mixed at 20% + 0.5% Sweetener ) A good fruity flavour this one medium sharp for me, the low percentage of sweetener helped to soften it down a touch. Chocolate Milk ( mixed at 20% ) Again this lacked any creamy depth to it for my chocolate palate and was quite ' powdery ' at the percentage I mixed it at. This I think would work better at a lower percentage and combined with another flavour(s). Grape ( mixed at 15% + 0.5% sweetener ) Bubblegum . . . . which I don't enjoy chewing, so it wasn't a flavour to my tastes. A natural tasting grape is quite an elusive flavour? Pear Drops ( mixed at 15% ) Like many pear concentrates I've tried, this had an acetone aroma about it . . . . although it vaped considerably nicer than it smelt. Authentic to the sweets - I enjoyed it. Mothers Milk ( mixed at 15% ) Suffice it to say, I've diluted this down with some plain strawberry to see if that makes it more enjoyable for my tastes. Strawberry Milk ( mixed at 20% ) I don't get much of a milk flavour from this one although the strawberry is very nice . . . . I think it would work well at a lower percentage with yoghurt and perhaps a little oat concentrate. Blackcurrant & Honey ( mixed at 13% BC & 3% Honey ) Loved, loved this combination, spot on for my tastes - a simple blend of flavours that really worked. Cracked through 10ml in little over an evening, my one sadness was that I only made 10ml! That's the round up so far . . . . . to be continued. * These concentrates were kindly sent to me FOC by Ollie at everythingliquid and will be offered as a Competition Prize in the New Year . . . . . once I've had the opportunity to mix the remainder up and test them. *

Will enjoy these reviews Perpetua thank you as we seem to have similar tastes in e-liquid, I also like bang on up front strong flavour and following your tips on different flavours & additives has really helped but the biggest help of all, the 'lick test' - LOL! Just wish I could go back to a Black Jack liquid and Blackcurrant & Liquorice but I over-vaped both of them when I started and now it just turns my stomach although eating the sweets is fine

but the biggest help of all, the 'lick test' - LOL! Ah the lick test . . . . . it really does help me decide on a starting ratio for flavours. Thank you TJ.

I've got 4 to try. Mixed the Pear Drops at my usual 20% but think I will dilute it. Bought the Barley Sugar when it was mentioned in an earlier thread and will mix it Monday. Blackcurrant - I only use the Totally Wicked one and order 400mls at a time. Down to my last 50mls. Perpetua is this as good?

Blackcurrant - I only use the Totally Wicked one and order 400mls at a time. Down to my last 50mls. Perpetua is this as good? I liked it very much smifee . . . if anything it's a little more intense than TW's, so I found 13% ( quite a low percentage for me! ) perfectly adequate. Is it as ' juicy ' debatable depending on your tastes I guess - it was for me. It's worth a 10ml try with the 25% discount we have on the Mixmaster range I reckon. I'd certainly be inclined to dilute your Pear Drops down, it's a potent flavour most certainly and if you don't like quite such a pokey flavour - then a lower ratio again would work. Barley Sugar I thought was lovely, it is a tank cracker for anyone contemplating not using a glass tank with it - as I found out.

While they're still fresh in the noodle, my thoughts on the balance of concentrates I've so far mixed from Ollie at everythingliquid . Dandelion & Burdock ( mixed at 15% ) I wasn't quite sure if I'd like this, never having tasted the flavour combination before . . . . this was a very pleasant surprise as I really enjoyed it. Made a refreshing alternative from the fruity flavours I normally use as a change from Custards/Desserts. A couple of smokers in the shelter at work also said how nice it smelt when I vaped it, one of the girls had a try and thought it was pretty much spot on taste wise to the drink itself. If I were to make it again, I'd maybe up the percentage - but only by 1%-2%. Snake Oil ( mixed at 20% ) This is what I'd call an ' interesting ' flavour - not entirely to my tastes as I mixed it, a bit too green for me. So I had a tinker - started off with 0.5% sweetener, still wasn't quite right . . . . so I diluted it down to 10% flavour, then added around 5% of a Menthol/Peppermint/Spearmint concentrate I make. Flipping loved it and guzzled what I had left in no time!! Blackcurrant & Aniseed ( mixed at 18% ) This was a little heavy on the Aniseed for me, so I diluted it down to 15% concentration and added 3% of the very excellent Mixmaster Blackcurrant - perfect for my tastes like that. Wintergreen ( mixed at 15% ) This is a potent flavour so be warned! If you like a Victory V type taste, this is definitely worth a try as it's very authentic- although I'd suggest starting at 8%-10% and going from there. Black Ice ( mixed at 20% ) Very much a Black Jack based flavour for me, which I enjoy . . . . although I found myself wanting something else with this one, so again I diluted it down to 15% and then added 5% of the most excellent Blackcurrant. Perfect - I'm on the dregs of it now. Sherbet Lemon ( mixed at 20% ) The star of this batch for me - absolutely lovely, totally like the sweets - if you're looking for a good Sherbet Lemon concentrate, look no further as this is brilliant! Nothing negative whatsoever to say about this one, other than to be aware that you might want to pop whatever tank you use through the Ultra Sonic after as it does leave a lingering smell, which is true of many flavours now. So that's it for the moment . . . . hopefully next week when I've a few days off I'll get the next lot mixed and tested in due course. Then it will be competition time.

Barley Sugar wow wow and wow. I'm vaping this every day but am rationed. Angie has mugged me for some and I only got 10ml to try. More should arrive tomorrow. Now my taste buds have recovered form years of smoking I realise that there's a hint of lemon in the sweets. I'm going to add some lemon & koolada, very small amounts, going for a Lemon Barley. I cut the Pear Drops to 15% and although the flavour is there I'm finding it too harsh. Mixed at 20/80. Will try 15/85. Have ordered a load more to try fortunately including Sherbet Lemon having seen the glowing review above. Only complaint is that they all arrive in 10ml bottles even if you order 100mls. Please get more bottle sizes everythingliquid

Great review, will be giving these a go me thinks Thank you igual. I can really recommend that you do . . . . and for me to say that, given what a picky bugga over flavours I can be! Overall ( which I hope Ollie will forgive me for saying ) I've found the Hard Candy/Aniseed & Atomic type flavours to be spot on - authentic tastes packed with punch. If your tastes aren't quite for such a ' full on ' flavour as I enjoy, then I'm pretty positive lower percentages would also be tasty for you. The Dessert flavours that I've had the opportunity to test, haven't hit the spot so much for me . . . . but those are just my personal thoughts on them. The best part with our 25% discount that's been kindly given is that they can be tried at a great price. ( 25% discount at Checkout using AAEC ) Barley Sugar wow wow and wow. You know how it is when you enjoy a flavour, it just might not be to the next persons tastes!
