emailed e-cigz about getting a GGTS and they came back with a list of about 1 million parts needed.
i know i've only been at this a couple of months but i'm the kind of person that needs to do things to excess.
any ideas on how to proceed. apparently parts coming in later this week but its longer than our weekly shopping list!!!
confused ???

Although I have a GGTS, it's an older & simpler model than the newer versions. However, I think the main problem is that e-cigz haven't got any GGTS's available at the moment (nor has anyone else as far as I know) so have they just sent you a list of spare parts?

email from them says they can do one for about 160... so assuming they must have all the gubbins available soon.
is it worth the outlay???

Difficult one to answer James I love my GGTS, but it didn't cost as much as that. However, in the second hand market GG's sell for more than what folks bought them new for (in some cases far more), so if you are really hankering for one, you aren't going to get anything cheaper from the classifides on any forum. There are many other good mods out there, but as I've mainly stuck with the GG range, I'll have to leave it up to others to recommend them.

well, i started out with the e-lites which are now obviously hidden away in the room of requirement
i mainly use the riva1100 but have a mini one i made myself with a smaller battery and cap. I also have and LT which i am really disappointed with and have just sent back to the dealer to check for defection as i don't believe it is working properly.
my thoughts were that i would reach for the LT at home when watching TV but it just seems wrong.
so.... being me, i decided to just buy the best and get it over and done with... then i know it is as good as it could be
thats my reasoning anyway

I can completely understand that reasoning James - that's why I went for a GG as it's completely mechanical, virtually indestructible & in the long run has saved me a fortune. But I have become a bit of a stick in the mud with it & hardly tried any other mods.
Have you checked out the Provari?

here's my view GGTS is a great mod but i found it underpowered to be honest and im not alone in thinking this... however i have just got a kick and now its fab ...outlay for me was £140 GG + £45 kick = £185 you could use a 5v battery in one as a cheaper option. if i wanted a pure mechanical mod i would go with the super T precise... only reason i havent got one yet is because i want last years model pref with brass end caps the hit on these are amazing for a standard battery arrangement due to the use of top quality materials. two other great options would be the silver bullet or don the provari was the first mod i got and still my favourite ...yeah its similar to the lavatube but feels so much better and for me gives a better vaping experience ...ok this could be psychosomatic

I'm with gordy. I have a GGTB & although it's a beautiful piece, I also find it under performs. However, I think everyone should own a GG. I recently bought a used Lava Tube & I actually love it. I've quite surprised myself, as I was always a Riva lover. Provari looks wonderful, however, I can't justify the price at the moment. Although I reckon the Provari is probably the Rolex of the VV mods.

A very subjective thing is our prferences on kits and vaping:- My take on things are:- Started off with a Tonado tank, initial thoughts, great this will get me off the nasties but I wanted more, bought a screwdriver, thought great, so much better, soon wanted more, bought a super t precise, great hit but soon developed a hate for those pinkie bottom buttons, bought a Ggts, loved it, love the look and the feel of it in the hand, use it with both 3.7 and 5v batteries, got a lavatube, hated the feel of it and its clicky button, bought a Provari, classy, lovely to hold, needed summat girlie for out and about so bought a Janty Neo, love it and now tend to use just the Neo, Provari and Ggts, have given away the Screwdriver, Super T, Lavatube and SDK and dont regret it one bit. And every post will be different coz thats how we vaping people are
