Just to throw another one in the mix ... We've had a new convert to ecig at my workplace, I ordered her that istick basic kit and the innokin t18 endura. She's been using them both for a month and much prefers the innokin. The istick is a but rattly in the atomiser fit, and invariably gives off burnt hits.barely a week from each coil. The innokin has been trouble free nice flavor, and the coils well she's still using the 1st coil.

Innokin mod vs. iStick (Eleaf) mod? Innokin. No competition.

Personally if I was on a very tight budget I wouldn't buy from Fasttech, especially if was only the second device or tank I was about to buy. I'd buy from the UK, not because of the delivery times or the cost but for piece of mind if anything went wrong.

Innokin mod vs. iStick (Eleaf) mod? Innokin. No competition. All day long! I'd much rather use an eleaf tank though. Says he who hasn't tried any of the iSubs. Sent from my X5pro using proboards

What about the joyetech ego one? Very simple to use and maintains the stick form, or if you want adjustable power there's the vt version

Thanks very much for that link, Phatfil! ... but I do think that is a bit beyond my capibilities just yet. I'd probably end up setting fire to myself, or something. thanks also to everyone for all the tips, ideas, and suggestions! I do think I'm going to go with the Endora Innokin, because it is enough within my budget to leave a bit left over for a new battery for my OneKit ecig, which seems to be slowly dying on me, (that way I'll still have a backup) AND even have enough for some Innokin coils, too. I do like the eLeaf one, but because I'd have to buy a tank as well it makes it just a little bit too pricey for me at the moment... got some other expenses on the horizon, and so I have to be frugal unfortunately!

I've taken the plunge... ordered the Innokin Endura, and a pack of coils. woo-hoo, now I'm waiting on Vapemail! I might have to order some more Manabush eliquid to celebrate...I think they have a sale on. Big thanks to everyone for putting up with my non-stop questions, you've all been a huge help.

The square or the pen one? Which colour? The pen one, in aquamarine. I was seriously tempted by the pink one, (if they'd had it in purple it would have been no contest) but I thought turquoise was a little bit more sensible.

Well done! Not being sarky. I know how daunting it can be trying to find something which works for you. I must confess, I went (going) through a stage of buying everything but most lives in the cupboard or has been sold on. Turquoise is a cool colour . Vape mail never loses its appeal lol

By the way, no question is too silly or stupid to ask. If you need help, advice however trivial it seems to you, just ask. Someone always knows the answer

No problem you get what feels comfortable, but a vt40 for £40 wont be around for long the seller had 2 x and 1 went pdq its less than half the going retail price,, however i totally understand wanting to walk before running etc and an ecig your wary of using is not gonna be much help kicking the smoking habit one other thing if you move to the sort of mod/battery box we have been suggesting,If and when your ready to, you can still use any remaining ce4 type clearomisers that you use with the ego pen type batteries, all you need is an ego/510 adaptor and most basic mods like the istick come with one of those in the box. it simply screws into the clearomiser base and turns it into a 510 atty which tiy can screw into the standard 510 female screw thread fitting.. And conversley you could also invest in a better attomiser and screw that into the internal thread on the top of a pen type ego battery too.. hope your new kit arrives soon and works well for you, and i want to echo the words above, we all started with ecigs knowing bugger all about em so most of us have asked a shed load of newbie Q's ourselves so have all the time in the world for new, new folk

tipsyturtle - I'm glad that you have settled with something which you are confident that will work for you, and that comes in within your budget. As phatfil says, we've all asked these questions ourselves so please don't worry for a second about asking them yourself. If we didn't want to help, we wouldn't be on this excellent forum which exists to help new vapers become experienced vapers. If you have any queries once your vapemail (!) arrives, don't hesitate to get on here and ask away - someone somewhere will be able to answer your question
