Don't laugh, but my first car was a Fiat 126 - It was all I could afford at the time.

Wolseley 15/50 (like this one) mine was reg 449SMM I bought it for £30 one month before I was 17 and polished it every week until my birthday when my Dad sat next to me for my first drive, I kept it for 9 months (it had 9 months tax/mot) the clutch went just before the MOT was due so I traded it for a '63 Viva and got £20 back for it. Wish I still had it

Hi Peeps,me being a bit older than most of you acquired a Morris series e. Not this video car, mine was black with a red roof, along with burgendy velour covered seats. Cost me £25.00 which was a fortune back in 1961. Told my then future wife that I had an e-type (ha,ha) we still laugh about that old 8 hp side valve powered engine. I remember my Dads series E, also 1947 reg no was UML 63 wouldn't it be strange if it was the same car

mine was a vauxhall viva, hand-me-down ex-family car when parents got a new one. It must have been one of the last on an N plate, just before the chuvvitt came in and replaced it

My first car was a Ford Anglia(105e) 1200, which I later fitted a 1600gt Cortina engine/ front suspension/ brakes, a 2000e gearbox and rear axle, was a ford nut used to love how easy it was to swap bits from all the ford models at the time. went from the Anglia to a mk 2 lotus Cortina, oh how I wish I still had that.
