Eventually...its UK law in waiting now for the 20th May. And thats before the Referendum on the EU. However, don't let that be your only measure of out. There are much bigger fish than that!

realistically you can probably order what ever you like even after that date as well, far too much stuff comes from china for customs to be seizing and returning goods, you have to remember that at least half the vapers will be ordering stuff from china and the average guy in the customs checking centre wont have a clue what he's seeing on the scanner, there too interested in drugs or weapons smuggling to be worried about the small stuff like counterfeit or none compliant goods (except around xmass time when for some reason they like to seize a few containers worth and brag about what a great job there doing on the national news at which point something may get inadvertently stopped .... ) realistically though unless there told to spend a few days picking on a particular specialist item they tend not to bother going after them (last years drive was fake GHD's & fake frozen dolls for instance protecting the cheeldrin)

Think the main point on whether to vote in or out should be taken on whether you want faceless unelected people making laws that do not seem to be able to be overturned and whether you want to probably become part of a European State, rather than a Country that is able to make laws itself which can possibly be overturned when the next load of wallies that we ELECT get into power.

Sadly, for them, I think a lot of people will do and will end up disappointed if we do vote to leave.
