Boo, bugga . . . . . and bark. Such a shame. I'm in Wales with the 2 million people not at the match. Time for a quiet English exit via the M4. What a run though. Incredible story, them and Iceland.

I think they've missed Aaron Ramsey tonight . . . . although that's not to take away from their brilliant achievement in getting so far in the tournament. The dream was good.

They did themselves proud and put their hearts into it until the end, just a shame they ran out of legs. Ronaldo was the difference tonight, love him or hate him he's a class act. Some say the best player in the world

Well done Wales, at least you can come home with your heads held high. Which is more than I can say about the England team.

No way do France deserve to be ahead. You can't win a game on possession alone.

All over for Germany then . . . . not that I saw much of the match as I fell asleep!

I wimped out earlier. Had France to win the tournament ouright before it started £10 at 15/6. Cashed out, took my £10 stake back and win another £20 if they lift the trophy, as it was £13 after the return at 1/2 Would have been £42 return if i'd left it in. As far as i can work out i'm a winner or level either way, if i'd left in could have been a tenner down or £32 up. Although France should whip Portugal's backside. I'm quite happy though, stake back and a Billy bonus if they do go on to do it.

Lol! Let's hope he does a better job refereeing than the England squad did of playing football! He's done quite well the last few months FA Cup final Champions League final and now the European Championship final Has anyone worked out yet what the extra officials behind the goallines do. Whenever i've seen them in European games and in this tournament they appear to be blind and mute and bring very little to the party.
