I've an equal mix of PG & VG in the freezer and bought when sales were on last yr and just a couple of smaller bargain orders early this yr, a few from UK Flavours then I have Darkstars, The ECig shop, Pirates Vape, LT Cigs and a couple of others I can't remember the name of. They all looked and smelt the same to me to be honest before I decanted into glass and froze them. I've pretty used a bit from each batch and there has been no difference aside from the LT Cigs being harsher than the others.

I only use VG Nic . . . . . the last few years it's been from Dark Star and I've been quite happy. Prior to that, there's some of my freezer stash from Nicvape in the US, bought at a time when the going rate was around £70.00 for 500ml and that was considered reasonable back then! 1 Vg or Pg or just price this is for the freezer remember people seem to think Vg is better cos its thinker and will last longer I think you'll find that PG base is considered to be long lasting mosop - but I've VG that's been ' frozen ' for over 5 years now and it appears perfectly fine to me.

I was thinking of getting my final 500ml from Everything Liquid. everythingliquid.co.uk/A little more expensive, but Swiss sourced Nicotine.

I've heard lots of different opinions about which stores better in the long term - PG or VG based nicotine. I seriously don't know. But I did hear one comment that some had received "bad" VG based nic and it had been concluded that VG doesn't fare so well when left in the hot sun on transport pallets at airports and transport depots. I've always gone for PG based and so far have never had issue. For those considering buying for very long term storage, I suggest considering having a look at Nude Nicotine in the US. By repute their nicotine base is of very high quality. But the special thing they offer is their "Armor" range. Good quality nicotine specially packed to maximise the long term storage life. They offer three levels in their Armor range - where the first replaces the air at the top of the bottle with inert argon. Theory is that ought to stop (or at least minimise) any oxidation of the nic - together with properly sealed 250 ml glass bottles.... Read more here: linkyThe logic seems sound if you want your stash to last. I now have some stored for myself but I'll not be able to report on it's quality for several years. My delivery came well packaged and included Lab Reports relating to the quality and purity of my batch signed off by the operator who handled my order. Their product seems to be rated very well but they are neither fast to deliver nor cheap.

In fairness no nicotine base is going to survive terribly well under those conditions Dave . . . . heat is a big destroyer of nicotine, I've bought VG base from the other side of the world on numerous occasions, every time with no issues. Handled badly, neither will be good. For those considering buying for very long term storage, I suggest considering having a look at Nude Nicotine in the US. And highly likely to attract additional Duty/Handling charges ( depending on how it's shipped ) to the UK, which was one of the reasons I stopped buying from Nicvape. Although I have only read good things about the product.

Handled badly, neither will be good. True enough. Just that over a longish period of time, several different Aussies received bad batches of nic (always involving OS deliveries - given our rules). After eliminations, the only common denominator seemed to be that they were all VG based. We sorta concluded/assumed/guessed that, perhaps, VG may not be as robust in those bad shipping conditions as PG.... but who knows? And highly likely to attract additional Duty/Handling charges ( depending on how it's shipped ) to the UK, which was one of the reasons I stopped buying from Nicvape. Although I have only read good things about the product. Ahhh! *penny drops* That explains the lack of comment around here about sourcing your, err, essential supplies from outside the EU. At least that's one vaping problem we don't yet face.

First time I went for VG but had real problems with it when using syringes - after a syringe 'popped' on me and the stuff went everywhere I started using PG. Come to think of it I'd now be better off with VG because I started mixing by weight and VG drips nice and slow...

Only ever ordered Nic from Nicvapes. Pg and vg based can't tell the difference although there is vodka in the vg decanted bottles to thin it out lol. Iv,e got enough till the day i die but just incase i ordered another 1 litre a few days ago from nicvapes and that was pg based again.

With heavy based trying to suck is hard so the easiest way is to pull the plunger and just pour it into the syringe to req'd ml. That goes for eveything so no need for a long needle tip just put your finger over the bottom hole.
