Late last night I was browsing, and just by accident I discovered that Abe of Liberty Flights has business links to TECC/TW. I dropped off to sleep wondering if that's where LF get their supplies from. I know it's childish and vengeful :-[ but I'd hate to add a penny to TECC's profits after their shoddy treatment. I also saw some speculation that the TECC half-price sale is designed to drive the competition out of business. I know it's just speculation, but I sooo hope it's not true. If it's the only game in town my vaping goose is cooked. (I'm safe from being tempted to buy anything from TW anyway because I hate their branding logo. Probably just another sign of how daft I am!)

I wouldn't be surprised if Liberty Flights, TECC & TW had connections.
I also wouldn't be surprised if the TECC sale wasn't designed to put others out of business aswell as making themselves a lot of cash. I actually can't wait till the sale is over & we can return to normality.

(((Inn))) I can so understand how you must feel after how TECC treated you So no, it's not at all childish how you are feeling.I still wish there is something I could do to help. But I am surprised that Liberty Flights has business links with them. Can you tell us where you saw that info? Don't forget, there are many other sellers out there, like Lisa @ Cloud9, James @ paradise vapes & ENjuice to name a few. And you are not daft, though their logo doesn't bother me, I know others also don't like it. However, what I don't like is their cartoon front page image.

Hissie, I also wonder about their amazing sale prices. however, I do think it is serving a good purpose as it is making some good starter kits very affordable & attractive to new vapers that are on the fence.

Don't know quite what to say Inn, there's certainly I'd imagine a game plan with this sale so I feel for sellers who just can't afford to compete with their prices.
It's a bit like Tesco or any large corporation driving smaller retailers out of business with their pricing structure. It's not fair or moral but it happens.
On the other hand I can't be a hypocrite and say I haven't taken advantage myself of their deals because I have.
I know you've had a bad experience with them, which I'm sorry about for you, but I can only speak as I find on anything and all the dealings I've had with them and their products have been a 100% perfect.

Actually, some of my normal prices are still competitive despite the TECC sale.......... I'd be surprised if LF have business links with TW, but I don't know for sure. Not keen on the logos myself either, and don't even get me started on cartoons and e-cigs.............

See, our lovely Lisa is still with us I'd also be very surprised, as I know they took on Garry Dibly & his fab mods not long after his fall out with TW. I know it must look like all I'm doing at the moment is promoting TECC (I actually feel guilty about that as I do feel it's unfair to the other very good sellers we have got to know) but they do have a very good choice of starter kits for new vapers at such a good price.

So sorry you had such a bad time. The sale is over soon. I've bought some liquid because I could never afford it at their normal prices but won't buy when they go up again. I've also bought some cartomisers because I am curious about them. I can't normally afford their prices at all, so will return to normal suppliers after next week. It's like me shopping in M & S - only when I can get something cheap in the sale.

This is what I saw, but I might have the wrong end of the stick completely: Wicked Uk. Staff= Myself, Alex Admin and Pa,Louise (Alex P/T assistant) Mark and Brett Store room and Packers. Ancillary = Abe who runs the Design Fly, They host and have helped market TW. I'm too nosy for my own good, and I had to check whether that was the same Abe and it was. But I don't know what an ancillary is, I'm probably just being paranoid and frightening myself!

Once again my memory may be failing me but I think there used to be an Abe on the TW forum but he left a long time ago - maybe to set up Liberty flights ????

I agonise for our other lovely sellers in the face of TECC's fantastic sale, but it's irresistible, newbies can afford more and better than they otherwise could, and some will take the plunge where they might have held back. I can't figure out what's behind it though. Killing the competition seems too ruthless and very nasty, if I found out it was that I would try very hard never to buy from TW/TECC again. Do we know why Garry Dibley fell out with TW? Margins, I suppose - I expect Lisa can testify that margins are the cause of most fall-outs scylla

Margins, I suppose - I expect Lisa can testify that margins are the cause of most fall-outs scylla Margins can always be a bit of an issue but it's certainly workable and there's no reason why they have to be a constant battle. In my experience, it's usually personality conflicts or disagreements over business management that get in the way of these type of deals. I am sure Garry is much more comfy dealing with LF and his excellent products get the space and time they deserve there.

I've also been agonising over it as well Scylla Just felt we had to link to the current best deals, especially for newbies. No, I don't know what happened between Jason & Garry. Might even have got it wrong, just think I heard about a falling out somewhere. Completely agrees with Lisa
