Postie Hate.

I am not the first, the only or the last person to suffer from the ailment called "Postie Hate" or "Mail Undelivered Swearing Syndrome" (MUSS).
The postal service in the UK is generally quite good, but there are always little things which drag it down.
In this case it is the red card I got from my postie today.
I was in bed and heard the letterbox go, at his point I should have got up straight away. Alas I did not and twenty minutes later I ventured out to find the post containing a red card. Yup, the annoying git of a postie had not knocked on the door or rung the bell to try and get a response - he just filled out and posted the card.
This annoys me because it now means my vaping goodies are sitting out of reach until I venture to get them on Monday morning.

If you hear someone putting something through your letterbox, it's normal to assume it's a letter or junk mail. Post persons have no right to put 'no one home' cards through letter boxes without knocking on the door. And they have the nerve to put the postage prices up? Pfft.

A postman around ours did that a couple of times..I let it go the first time and when it happened again I filed a complaint at the sorting office.

It never happened again..

we did have one a couple of years ago who would moan at me for getting parcels delivered ??? I thought that was their job and I was keeping them in work ???

My postie is called Danny and he is fab have told him I need my supplies and he delivers them even when the van driver cant be bothered! He is fab every vaper needs a postman like him

<sigh> I can remember when posties started work in the early hours and your post arrived before you left for work :-[

But do your parcels now arrive slightly dishevelled ? As if they have been kicked around? Or been 10 rounds with Mike Tyson ha-ha!

No because he values his job and knows I'll be back at the sorting office again to confront him in front of his manager..
