Secondly does the November 2016 TPD production deadline somehow not apply to onepoundeliquid

They aren't selling anything that isn't TPD compliant though cigeliquid are they? 10ml bottles only in strengths up to 18mg or am I missing something? As far as I know they were one of the first to get their liquids tested but I might be wrong.

I also received the same email cigeliquid . . . . and I'm a 100% confident that manonabus isn't connected to set your mind at rest there.

If he was, I'm positive he'd have a site that loaded a darn sight quicker than it did when I had a peruse earlier!

No-one can offer a nicotine containing liquid to the public if that liquid was made after 19th november 2016 and is not TPD compliant as far as i am aware nothing is TPD compliant yet —over 8500 submissions are still under review

However Producers can sell any remaining stocks of non-compliant products to retailers and trade customers or directly to the public after 19 November 2016, provided those products have been notified.


The 6 months grace period till may 2017 is meant for selling off existing stock/ clearing the shelfs and fazing in the TPD compliant products -- but nothing has been approved yet!

Some of the liquids are hit and miss with flavour but they have been about for a long time and have a good following
Their Heizen used to be good and good value

Not in my opinion. I don't use them anymore, but I have done.

Like them or not, they are reputable enough. The questions relate more to "how does an e-liquid vendor appear to be making liquid at this moment in time given the TPD?"

Personally, IF I was a regular customer, I'd not be asking any questions right now.

If the manufacturer has product that is already on the market prior to May 2016, AND they intend to continue selling it after November 2016, then all they need to do is notify MHRA prior to November 2016.
What MHRA do with the notifications and in what timescale is a mystery - how do they expect manufacturers to stay in business if they have to hang around waiting for the bureaucrats and laboratories to do their thing ?

I felt the same about the Tropical one*.

People always say taste is subjective, but I have ordered the entire collection from some 'cheaper' e-liquid vendors without needing literally bin some.
