Just wondering if anyone has replaced cotton wick/wicking material with tobacco leaf when vaping unflavoured or tobacco e-liquids

Wouldn't have thought it would wick fast enough Good point-- might need to give it a bit of a pounding to open up the fibres

Tobbacco is a Dried leaf, and as such wetting it, constantly, with juice, would create an ideal environment for mould and fungus to grow. Go steady!!

Good idea. You might try soaking part of a leaf in PG (to soften it), pricking holes in it and rolling it like mesh.
