So, I have half of my juice.

I received the dispatch email for the ten bottles yesterday, but only five arrived today. So I did the sensible thing and sent them a polite email that... got bounced back to me as it got detected as spam.

I've sent them a message on Facebook messenger, time to wait and see if they reply. I'm sure they didn't mean to mess me around, that there's a perfectly reasonable explanation and I won't have to unleash PayPal on them. It'd be a shame to have to go down that route.

I tried to buy from them but by the time I had put my selection of juices in the basket and went to check out all of the 3mg were out of stock. Must have been a massive demand. BrenD check your PayPal just in case they have given you a partial refund on the missing juices.

I did so before emailing them, just to make sure I hadn't missed a refund.

Seems strange that it was the 12mg that got to me and not the 18mg, I would have thought the 12 would be far easier to sell.

Hi BrenD, did you get a satisfactory response? The reason I ask is I placed four orders with them, only one for juice the others were for 'kits' two of the orders arrived and two have not yet (some 6 days later) all were emailed as dispatched on the same day. I contacted them, but have had no reply. Currently not overly impressed with the position.

They eventually replied to my message on Facebook and said they'd look into it, but I haven't heard from them since.

My order arrived today ordered 11.30pm on the 13th arrived 11am on the 15th so nice and quick

I ordered a lot of starter kits from vape Inc last year for work friends. They were fine until one of the kits came in faulty. Long story short, their after sales/ customer service is abysmal, I've not been back since.

The rest of my liquid turned up today, just as I was thinking of getting PayPal involved.

They'd have to be the last vendors standing for me to go back, I'm afraid.

My missing orders arrived today as well. I had sent a couple of emails and the reply to the second was positive, so I am reasonably happy to give them the benefit of the doubt for now that they did take some action. I would be concerned that Buckowski had trouble with resolving their problem. The kits I ordered were very cheap in the clearance sale, so my expectation of life span is not great, but medium term they will do the job, while I find my 'vaping feet' so I am comparatively happy with events. having said that I am a glass half full type

Guy's I have watched this and can only say sorry, had I thought you would have issues with them I would not have posted, it just seemed a fairly good offer.

It doesn't always follow . . . . but there is a very good reason(s) why we insist on all our registered forum Vendors being fully CCR compliant before being allowed to advertise on the forum. If they are, then it shows a level of professionalism which we hope that by acknowledging their legal responsibilities to customers it will also carry through in terms of service and in the event of a purchase going awry.

Vape Inc, although displaying contact details have a complete absence of any T&C's/Refund/Returns policy that I can see.

So it's worth checking these details when looking at deals as all that glitters isn't necessarily gold.
