Hi, I have had a problem with red astair concentrate a couple of times now and wondered if anyone else has had this as they say nobody has. on two occasions now the batches have a seriously overpowering menthol that I know isn't right from the usual. Simon

I picked up three botles in one of their sales...probably last year all considered, new style labelling.. Gutless at 20%, almost no fruit and kind of a sad menthol.

Sounds to me as though nothing has changed in the concentrate, but your tastes have changed. Strangely enough I've got two tanks of my own RA mix, 20%, 3mg and 50/50 on the go at the moment. Vgod tricktank very fruity but not much menthol and SMOK Minos25 Fruity and plenty of menthol kick. Perhaps you're using a different tank and setup?

Have you kept the bottle so they can check batch number? I dont have much regard for tjuices customer services...but wish you luck

Its awful and the new bottles I just received are as they should be It's a no brainer . . . . contact Tjuice, Izzy I've always found to be extremely helpful and swift in replying: Izzy@cutsice.com I'd think the majority of Vendors would appreciate being given the opportunity to resolve any issues that their customers might have.

tbh less than impressed with the customer service, I have bottles with batch no's etc and it cant possibly be just me who has noticed this. they were supposed to send me a return envelope but nothing no emails nothing. Cant fault their sales and delivery though lol

Ye first time this happened was about 3 months ago and had no joy at all from them but put it down to one off error but now its happened again im not happy

I got mine a few months back and it's lush, fruity with the menthol kick as usual. My elements pink lemonade was tasting funky though but now it's tasting fine again lol.
Need to make more RA, better get on it tonight
