The seller & creator is from Romania Foxy.
Don't like the idea of the press down button thing on the Omega.

Hanow, I had a quick go with Lettie's Riva & it was fine. But it's so hard to compare it to either the GGTS or GG Grant for so many reasons. Especially as these days I use LR atties on my GG's but as they are 901's, I couldn't try letties' Riva with them to compare. Interesting thing though. I put my LR901 attie on her SD MK11 & we got nothing out of it. I think that was due to her battery running down though her standard 901 attie was still working OK on it.

For it's money the Precious looks ok. The one thing looking at it is it doesnt seem to have a juice collector. I drip still so this is something i look for. If the Grant went back into production i'd be selling my GGT (spare) in an instant ! I sort of keep my eye on this beauty though www.supertmanufacturing.com/id73.html

Wise words Chris re Hissie hanging fire. The Precise looks absolutely fantastic ckc, although for me I wouldn't like the button placement, but other than that it's lovely. I think I'm with you peeps on the GG Grant step if it came back into production I'd be buying one like a shot.

Many thanks for the juice Hissie - safely recieved today. As we're kinda having a big mod type discussion here, I wondered if you had looked/considered the Silver Bullet from IVapour. I'm using it right now with a 510LR atty and 3.7v18650 batts - it gives a lovely vape and the reccessed button placement is brill, I believe you can also vape at 6.4v with it - although I can't see the need as this has more than enough punch for me. It is heavier again than the GGTS, at 160grams with the batts, but I guess that comes with most/all of the big mods.

I've been using the Silver Bullet for a month now. when i first started vaping, I remember thinking, no way could i use something that big But as time wore on, I kept reading all the great reviews, how great the 18650 battery is, then I managed to get a full kit for £40 - retails at nearly £90 all in, so a good deal. I can say that 18650 is indeed a monster, 2 days vaping easy for me between charges. The Silver Bullet itself, despite being big, is a thing of beauty. It's bafflingly comfortable to use, and the button, well, it's just the best thing ever. It also has a copper spring, which apparently lowers the resistance, so it packs a it more of a punch in the vapour and throat hit. I don't envisage using it out and about, got the tornado for that, but as a come home to vape, it's totally satisfying. I was contemplating the Omega, but to be honest i can't see how it can be any improvement on the Silver bullet.

Goodness you got a fantastic bargain there Buck. Agree with everything you say, the button placement is fab and so easy and comfortable to use. Haven't used the OMeGa as I wasn't sure about the push down mechanism, I don't have much strength in my hands, having used the SB now, for me I made the right decision as I can't see either how it could be any better.

£40 all in is a good sounding deal, where did you purchase it from?
Thanks Perpy, will take a look.

I got mine from a private sale in one of the e-cig forums.
I spotted a Double barrelled Silver Bullet for sale in another forum, but that's not nearly as good a deal. It's going for £70, but does include batts and charger so a saving of about £30 from retail.
I'd have thought £50, tops £60, to be a fairer price for this.

Well, I've got one of the previous model PreciousL. He actually does three models, the S (10440) , M (14500) and L (18650) and they are all smaller than any other e-cig that takes the same battery. He was making them out of nickel plated brass so they were a bit heavy but he is changing the material on the latest lot.
The button isn't a button as such, it's a touch point - very very cool.
The new PreciousL that he's working on at the moment is set to have all sorts of fab features including the ability to connect it to your PC to change the vaping parameters. I can't wait for it myself - people are going a bit bonkers about it all over the world it seems.
I have got a photo comparison of the PreciousL and GGTS that I posted on another forum but I am not going to post it here. If you're interesed, best to PM me.
Silver bullet is an excellent robust mod although I would never buy one as it has no vent holes. I did buy an OMeGa and I am very pleased with it even though it's large. I like the different activation method.
