Justvape issues

Hi, has anyone ordered from justvape? I ordered 2 batteries on Sunday but have heard nothing since - no order confirmation, no estimated time etc. I emailed them today but have had no reply yet. I'm wondering if this is normal..

ive never heard of them which doesnt help much.
ive just searched google and if its the place with 2 30Q for £11.99 down from £15.99 then thats an outrageous price.
either cancel and go to highly recommended (by me) Fogstar. free battery case and free postage and normally next day or max 2 days depending on time of ordering £9.30 and use POTV15 for an extra 15% off www.fogstar.co.uk/

Thanks, I ordered ego batteries though which don't appear to be for sale at your place. I heard about justvape on this forum.

After some googling, I've also found this phone number scoops . . . . it could be worth giving them a ring if all else fails.

Well I got a reply from them confirming my completed order. Trouble is, the street was missing from address (I filled in my number and postcode assuming they'd work out the rest or let me know if it was incomplete). And they still haven't given me an estimated delivery date. I told them my street and asked them to let me know where I stand or cancel the order. Not the most impressive service so far, to say the least.

You paid via PayPal I presume scoops? Come the worst case scenario you can always put in a claim for goods not received . . . . appreciating you would rather have the batteries, but at least you won't be out of pocket.

You paid via PayPal I presume scoops ? Come the worst case scenario you can always put in a claim for goods not received . . . . appreciating you would rather have the batteries, but at least you won't be out of pocket.

I was thinking that, but I just got a reply from another email addres saying they're posting today, so fingers crossed.

My order finally arrived on Saturday. So it seems they're a legitimate company, but there's room for improvement in the service. Wouldn't order something off them if I was in a hurry to receive it.
