Updated .. Sale now ends 1 November 2010.
I just received this e-mail from TECC.
It is with regret that I am writing this newsletter; I know there has been speculation on why TECC was selling its goods at a discount of 50%.
It has nothing to do with any potential regulatory decisions or about trying to put other E.cig vendors out of business.
As many of you know I own and manage three other businesses “Pillbox38 UK LTD, Pillbox38 USA LTD and Totally Wicked E.liquid USA INC”.
TECCs day to day UK management was conducted until 5 weeks ago by a Director who had been with me since the company’s inception. The person concerned notified me by email on my return from a business trip to the USA in July that she had resigned, and no longered wanted anything to do with running the business.
After a month’s reflection on what myself and my business should do, I have taken the decision today to sell off TECCs inventory and close the business down. It has been a difficult decision but one I feel is right, all of our customers will be able to purchase all their regular products from Totally Wicked and we will off course manage the liquidation in a professional manner.
All Staff will be found employment in Pillbox38 UK LTD and all of our customers will still be able to purchase their regular goods from the same business.
I will have more details as we progress, but for now I want to thank everyone who has ever supported TECC, or any of my other businesses.

Just this minute got that email as well Perpy. I think it was my first guess but didn't understand why they where also selling off TW branded products as surely, even if they Jason was keeping the 2 businesses seperate, TW could have bought back any non TECC branded goods at cost to add to their own stock? RIP TECC, I may have had a few disagreements with Jason (Pillbox) in the past, but I bought my first e-cig on eBay from Pillbox & TECC was his first e-cig off ebay business before TW devilishly came to life

PMSL I also nearly started a new thread about this I'll try & merge all the threads but as this is a brand new Proboard facility that I've not tried before, I'm not sure whose thread the merge will end up on

I've always wondered why TW and TECC co-existed - I thought that TECC existed while Pillbox38 was trading on eBay and before he set up TW with its devil livery, but wasn't familiar enough with suppliers at that time to be sure. I thought that Jason's sister ran TECC ??? Don't let's speculate about family feuds, Scylla scylla

Don't let's speculate about family feuds, Scylla scylla Scylla if it was Jason's sister that really would have made it a "sister" company in every sense of the word BTW, I hope non of you are offended about how the 3 threads have ended up being merged. The facility for merging was only made a few days ago & this was my first attempt so I had no idea who would end up being the OP.

If Chrissie or Perps or Prof are still around - I missed the SD offer on the TECC site - too slow as usual making my mind up. Or at least I thought I did, because when I went to buy it said sold out. But I see they do have one there now - basic - £25. Is that offer all I would need, or would I need to buy extra bits? Very confused here - any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
