Boycotts, vapers just get what they fancy no matter how bad the offence, remember Flavour Art singing an open letter to the EU backing the TPD a few weeks before the vote? I'll never forgive them IMO the single worst case of sh1tting on your customers, but I think that most vapers who knew ignored it.

Not that i ever bought from them, but i didnt know they done that. Why would they do that???

As far as I'm aware, Voopoo haven't released a squonk mod yet, but one must be on the way after pulling a stunt like that.

The only reviews I've noticed are for Vandy/Tony's mod without the Gene chip, absolutely no reason for that not to be reviewed by folks.

Not that I've been on the lookout for any of the usual suspects refusing to review Voopoo stuff, for every Bogan who'll stick to his guns, there's plenty of Rips who'll follow the money.

If voopoo bring out a squonker I'll not be buying it. Not because they allegedlly took a dump on Tony B and Vandy Vape, but because it will most probably be another piece of crap. And I'll now put my head firmly on the block: the Pulse 80w with the Vandy Vape chip is an over hyped, over priced piece of junk. Some of the reviewers have kinda put up their reviews with a bit of sympathy for Tony B, without telling the absolute truth. Likewise some people who have bought it are trying to make out it is better than it really is, solely to try and justify the reason for buying it. Yep I bought one, but for anyone that knows me, if I'm nothing else, I'm brutally honest. If I've purchased something that's shit, I'll tell you it's shit and this thing is pure cow dung. In my brutal honest opinion, Tony B and Vandy Vape have taken the vaping community for a ride with this one.

Whilst I've not kept up with this particular skirmish, I do know that equipment wise if I wanted an honest opinion on something it would be your good self and the other knowledgeable gents on the forum who I'd look to for it.

Thanks for the compliment Perpetua . I had a problem with mine out the box, which I accept can happen and a big compliment must go to SR-vapes for their customer service and the manner in which the problem was dealt with. But when I had it working, I flattened 2 x 20700 batteries in a little over 3 hours. The same atty goes to work with me on a hotcig RSQ and I can get through a 12 hour shift on 2 x Sony VTC5A'S. The panels on it as far as I could determine are not resin, but in fact may well have a coating to make it look like resin, which in my opinion will wear and become tatty quickly if you are in the least bit industrial with it. The 510 is supposed to be spring loaded, well I think it could be a coil spring from a ford transit van under there. Attaching an atty is a task, the crunching from the positive pin when it makes contact with the pin on the device can be felt clearly on your hand. The centre pin could well be what is wrong with this one



Probably caused by a shitty piece of soldering on the positive pin. There are others with problems, which is poor for a device that's only been on sale to the public less than three weeks.
That's just a few observations of what was going to be the next big thing in squonking, as @eatmybb said in his review, it was hyped as something special it's not, it's just another squonker and a poor one at that.

Nice to see some honesty as always on here. Lost all respect for DJLSB as he would have destroyed the device with the faults he found on it but he miraculously skipped over them and said for a first attempt it was really good?? Looks like, as has been said, it's sort of getting the sympathy vote apart from genuine reviewers.
