So as many when we get new toys mods rdas rta's etc...It's a new device to discover.

I'm a self confessed tank chaser looking for the "One"

The ones that have come and gone are spheroid, orchid, goblin mini 1 and 2, serpent mini, kayfun mini 2.1, Billow v2, athea 22, nextgen etc etc. Some of these still get a run out.

But the last couple of days I've been totally blown away by the skyline. The versatility if this tank with the accessories is just sublime. I got the drop tank with bubble glass to up capacity. The last couple of days I've put a new build in every end of work day. Easy to wick absolutely no leaks and the vape is just mind blowing. Very very happy indeed. This could be the end of tank buying.

Well at least for a couple of months....haha

It is a eureka moment finding the perfect setup ain't it. I'm in love with this recurve rda but I just need to find the optimum build I like in it 😊

I hope ill be saying the same. Worried as striker not getting on with his...and we seem to share a similar taste in squonkers and rda's


To op, glad you found a gooden...nowt worse than wasting money on new stuff that isnt any better than what you already got!

I tried a mates vaperesso swag kit today...was a really nice vape for a tank with pre made coils. Dinky 80w mod too!

I’m a bit of a fan of the Skyline, too, solac77. Had mine for a while now and, since I am always trying new tanks, have not used it for a few weeks, you have inspired me to have another go. What build do you have in it?

Well at the minute .36 home twisted kanthal ala kitchen whisk...I've been working my way thru the air disks on a daily basis...tonight I've got the 3x1mm reducer in...rocking it at a heady 29 watts at the mo!!

Got mine today from gearbest.. I like it, seems pretty well built except for the drip tip is just a little loose, not a nice tight fit but otherwise it looks sound. Flavour is good although I think my coil is a bit dodgy as its the first time I used .28 awg kanthal and the wire is bit too malleable for my liking and goe sout of shape really easily.

btw do you stuff the both ends of the wick in the juice well to cover the two holes ? I saw that on a review so I tried it that way.

Hey mecnun yeah I tuck them in and slide over both holes. Did you get the extra air resistors?

i didnt order any extra ones, just the two that i got with it. one with three holes is what I am using and there is another that is like a slit.

Nothing wrong with sharing if you've found a setup that really works. I remember years ago trawling through forums like this trying to find an entry point. Back then, after some time with the cheap, tobacco shop ciagallikes I ended up buying a protank mini and a vision spinner. Best informed decision I ever made.

After that I jumped on the bang wagon a little bit and ended up with all sorts of vape gear I don't use.

With that said, I took my augvape boreas v1 out of a drawer a week ago, cleaned it with vodka, and threw in a .4 ohm dual clapton build. In all my years of vaping I've never vaped anything that tastes as good and doesn't burn your oesophagus on the way down.

I'm still learning, and it's good that you found a setup that works for you.

Also, why are people so hyped about sqonks all  of a sudden? I have an old derringer, a proper flavour banger. Worth sqonking on?

Well I think it's because of the element of having constant juice all day etc without the need of topping up etc..imo it's like having a massive tank really. But spose it's more fun cos of the squonk bit. I have a derringer great dripper love the profile def can be squonked. Mark From v for vaping shop in Chelmsford modded one a few years back.

Gave up on mod and atomiser chasing a while back, listened to waaayyy too many lyicals being waxed.

I spent more time trying to get new sooper dooper atties vaping well than I did vaping them.

just checked my posts.....besides batteries the last time I bought any new vape gear was Feb 2017
