Replacement VIM kit arrived super quick JAC Vapour and the USB plug fits perfectly into the battery with no issues.

Id just like to say as a non trialist...credit to JAC Vapour for firstly pubilically trialling the device, and secondly the customer service and support has been superb.

Just done my feedback for the VIM.

It has been a pleasure to test out this dinky wee device that has not really skipped a beat since i got it.

This is the first time i have seen a company openly test out a device to forum members and for me it just shows how confident they are about their product and to get honest feedback to make it a success (which i think it will be).

As JacVapour being the first company i dealt with and bought a device from over 5 years ago to get me off of tobacco i would like to thank everyone at JacVapour for setting me on this path and i wish yourselves all the very best for the future for your product and company.

Feedback form submitted JAC Vapour and it’s been an enjoyable experience using a device that may have been overlooked by myself.
Will continue to use the device daily as it’s excellent as a pocket mod when going out.
Wish this had been available years ago as it would have saved me thousands of pounds spent on shinyitus.

Done, I hope we have been able to provide some useful feedback!

I certainly didn't have any issues with the device, it behaved itself and was a pleasure to use. It has been with me pretty much all day every day since I received it and I can't see that changing any time soon.

It filled the MTL gap in my collection well as I hoped it would and I'll definitely continue to use it, buy another device and sort myself out with some extra tanks.
