One shot for the Hazelnut Latte or a recipe monty?
If you're looking for a one shot then something like Lotta Latte with some added Hazelnut could work:
Spearmint, the one I would avoid is Capella's . . . . that I've found to be incredibly weak, peaking off extremely quickly:

If you are thinking of mixing monty, I would probably go with the VTA latte @ (4-6% as it is fairly strong) and mix in some Capella Hazelnut at around 2%, but then I'd be tempted to fortify with a little shot (1% or less) of FA or BCL Espresso and say, 3% of FA or Cap Bavarian Cream... you've got me thinking, now....  |
