I've just received a parcel from James addressed to Kezie

The parcel was full of catnip toys Thank you so much James, I know that she will love them

Only 2 weeks on Tuesday & I'll be bringing her home

I received my latest order yesterday. The neoprine pouch is EXACTLY the right size for my mobile phone and the knitted sock-on-lanyard is great for my e-cigs.
The juice is pretty good too.....lol.

The juices you supply are by far the best & the service is second to none. It's so refreshing to find a seller who can offer such a personal touch. Pity more sellers couldn't follow your example.

The personal touch always makes a huge difference to customer relations so well done James. I remember being hugely impressed when I had a problem using a battery charger with manual 901 batteries bought from OKSmokey. I used the 'contact' form on the site to ask for advice and within half an hour I'd received a 'phone call from George telling me I could just pop the button off so that the battery would fit into the charger. A newbie query given a professional response means a lot.
