I've been looking into anything to help me as I have severe COPD. I've found some "alternative" or "Integrative" medicine info from supposedly reputable people. Might be worth a look? What do you think? www.drfabio.com/healthblog/integrative-considerations-during-the-covid-19-pandemic-march-19-2020Reviewed by: Fabio Almeida MD ABNM, ABOM, ABoIMe Director Center for Integrative Healing & Wellness Fellow of the University of Arizona Integrative Medicine Program, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine Lise Alschuler ND Professor of Clinical Medicine University of Arizona College of Medicine Assistant Director, Fellowship in Integrative Medicine, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (Primary Author) Ann Marie Chiasson MD Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine University of Arizona College of Medicine Director, Fellowship in Integrative Medicine Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine Robert Crocker MD Assistant Professor of Medicine University of Arizona College of Medicine Director, Strategic and Clinical Planning and Implementation, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine Randy Horwitz MD PhD FACP Professor of Medicine, University of Arizona College of Medicine Medical Director, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine Victoria Maizes MD Professor of Clinical Medicine, Family Medicine and Public Health University of Arizona Andrew Weil Endowed Chair in Integrative Medicine Executive Director, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine Paul Stamets Mycologist Andrew Weil MD Professor of Medicine and Public Health, University of Arizona Endowed Chair in Integrative Rheumatology, University of Arizona Founder, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine And: www.stephenharrodbuhner.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/coronavirus.txt.pdfS Buhner has many books published available on Amazon. Dr Fab claims to be from University of Arizona so I would only start to believe this if you can view it on their site or properly link it to that and several respected primary authorities that acknowledge the claims. Internet domain names (web sites) are so easy to get for pence, never trust a just one no matter how real it appears, they are so quick and easy to make, and social media is the wild west of fake news. As the last few posts illustrate lots of internet copy-paste monkeys repeating something that makes sense to them in ignorant good faith does not make it a thing, but does not make it a lie either just not proven. IMO you need to find several respected primary authorities, look at the couple that took corona advice from Trump saying a compound was game changer treatment, like him they didn't understand but took it and died. ETA Looks non genuine to me, the references there is one for 5, but there is no [5] in the text, stopped looking after that. And they are not links (web links to the source), given it is an unofficial website that stinks IMO. ETA 2 You could email those references to confirm, but only take them seriously if most are from academic domains (email ends with .ac) or recognised corporate web domains with a history.
DR Fabio Almeida MD does seem legit though. www.drfabio.com/fabio-almeida-mdOn his the website it says: www.drfabio.com/healthblog/integrative-considerations-during-the-covid-19-pandemic-march-19-2020?rq=coronavirus"The Integrative Medicine faculty from the University of Arizona has spent the last several days drafting a set of recommendations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which we would like to share with our community. " Maybe he's lying? Lise Alschuler ND, Andrew Weil MD, Randy Horwitz MD PhD FACP, Victoria Maizes MD are the authors of: www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1550830720301130?via%3DihubObviously everyone must make their own conclusions. Hope they find something definite to help soon.

The virus actions worldwide has significantly reduced the number of international air flights.
The reduced number of air flights seems to be having quite an affect on stuff ordered from China.
I ordered a small collection of computer bits and pieces from a big name Chinese site (NOT FT) near 4 weeks ago. Shown as fully in stock and once ordered I received dispatch, shipping and tracking notifications pretty quickly. Since then, my parcel has made it's way to their (China's) "International departures" - and there it has stayed.
Not a big surprise to me and I will just have to wait. I assume similar issues will apply for any OS orders.

I'm eligible for weekly food parcels...my first one is on it's way.
My medications will also be delivered to me.
I also have a separate pone number to call if I become unwell.
I'm very impressed with the speed of the organisation.

Just completed my first redeployment shift into ITU. I haven’t stopped crying since I got home. Partly because of the overwhelming feelings of being redeployed into an area that I have absolutely no experience in as a post qualified nurse (I work in scrub in theatres, post qualified 5 months, yes this is how much help they need right now). I have the war wounds to prove it with the pressure sores from the masks even after just a few hours (now imagine 12 and a half hours with this mask on with perhaps an hour break in total all day, sleep then repeat )Also because I am seeing first hand the worst of the worst .And mainly because I am seeing that what they are saying is true. It’s a hard pill to swallow and we are doing our very best to save our patients, but also I honestly do not think for many Patient’s family members, they realise that the last time they saw their loved one before they went into hospital with this suspected virus, would be the last time that they were ever going to see them. If I haven’t reiterated enough before, I bloody well urge you all and everyone else that you can pass the message onto to stay in doors. Read what you like, it may or may not help your mental health or otherwise, unless it is 100% necessary, remain in your house, safe. Im sure many of you do, but I’m sure you know someone that isn’t. Pass it on, pay it forward, whatever you want to call it. God bless and for those that aren’t religious, stay safe. Social distancing is not an option at this point, it’s survival.

THANK YOU and all your colleagues rezello , you have a job from hell and as you say the very least we can do is properly follow the guidelines. Bless you and Thankyou for your kind words. I think if we could actually see the virus, no one would go out. Support one another as best you can and if you are a key worker, shop for your loved ones so they dont have to take the risk. And Thankyou to all the other key workers out there, it isn’t just the drs and nurses, it’s carers, lorry drivers, food retailers, school workers, teachers, post workers, the astounding military, vital services such as the refuse collectors and many many more risking their lives everyday to keep us going. Bless you all and stay safe X

If I'm close enough to a tiger to catch coronavirus from it... I suspect I'd have more pressing concerns!!! But yes an interesting/concerning development.

Hopefully the first and last case and no cause to change our habits. I hope the keeper that infected the tiger and all the other staff at the zoo are OK, also the animals, but I guess if the test one they tested many.

My neighbour in the flat upstairs (4 flats use our front door) works at Longleat from where Lord Bath died of the virus... and she works with the tigers. Of course my concerns are so small compared to Rezello - my thoughts are with you.
