that you have finally found the answer to your "staying stopped" problem.

I had tried a couple of nicotine sprays etc previously, but didn't find that they helped me much, so vaping has been a revelation to me.......I couldn't believe that I just stopped smoking nasties and started vaping, and haven't touched an analogue since lol

Welcome to the forum, firstly don't panic about your Sky Cigs and thinking you have made a bad decision because this can be got over quite well without any expense as of yet ok. Yes you can go and buy some cartomisers as already suggested but hang on a bit. Did you know the pre filled ones you have can be refilled up to about 15 times was the most we got out of them and they are very easy to refill and not messy at all.

Firstly decide on a flavored Juice you been smoking for 40 years you may not get the throat hit you want from the sky carts but try ti use them up and empty them. I would say depending on how much you smoked a day if you were like me I smoked 50 a day so I started on a high nicotine juice of 36mg or 3.6 and worked my way down as I am now on 18mg or 1.8 anyway you need to get yourself some juice you may fancy OK. you will then need a rubber cap that goes on the end of the cartomiser which I know you won't have so if you pm me your address I can send you a couple as you will need these to refill your cartridges. The Sky-Cig Cartridges takes 6 drops of e-juice so basically you put 6 drops of e-Juice into one of the rubber covers and then slide your cartridge down (Mouth End) into the rubber cover, leave for a minute, take off cover and blow down cartridge to clear any juice that has got into the middle then bobs your uncle you have a fresh new flavored cartridge at the strength you want all all for the price of a bottle of juice until you decide what to do next.

What to do next I personally would look at an eGo Twist battery and some eGo clear misers but that is the future.

I started on sky cigs this way as I said from a 50 a day smoker and the method I have described worked great for me.

Thanks for your welcome..very much appreciated. My "mistake" message was written as I was charging the kit up this morning, since then I've been pleasantly surprised by the skycig, I choked on the first draw.. I wasn't expecting it to be so strong in vapour or in flavour.

Since then I've looked for an ashtray !! and gone outside for a smoke...Doh!! so I reckon my brain is completely fooled, lets hope my addiction is toooooo !

I bought an extra pack of 5 tobacco cartomisers when I ordered the kit so have ten altogether counting the 5 various flavours that comes with it. As I'm on my first day the tobacco is the only one I've tried also I bought the regular strenghth so won't know if that's gonna do for me.. about five hours since I had my LAST ciggy and feel ok so far.... Imagine 5 whole hours ???

I like your thinking though and will definitely be taking you up on your very kind offer..just as soon as I work out how to pm?? you...lol! I did say I was a complete techno-phobe right at the start..Lol!

Cigarettes are the most addictive things on the planet. Count the ones you have avoided instead, you will be amazed at how quickly they mount up, and be proud of each one.
