1 cig is 29 times better than 30 so think of it that way, your still doing fine I lived up in Dumbarton for 5 Years and did a lot of work out of Rosyth and Crombie so I know the areas reasonably well, mind you that was nearly 13 years ago now, so it probably has all changed lol I agree about lighting up after a burn, even though I am not a biker anymore, Mind you I used to need a ciggy before going on the back with one of my friends, he was a total nut job, he had survived one crash that he really should not of, and in stead of making him more cautious, I think he thought he was invincable. I can see you switching to one of the bigger battery types soon, and still going for a back up for your backup lol

Hi Batty Your right in all you've said above... I think I'm paranoid about things at the mo, I was the kind of smoker who always had an extra pack...just in case. I can see me vaping the same way I'm struggling in the mornings though. My kit came with regular strength 12mg carts. think I will get a stronger juice for re-filling.

You're doing so very well Gjdart, don't beat yourself up please . . . a lifetime's habit, isn't easily broken . . . it wasn't for me anyway. I'd agree with you, 18 or even 24ng juice would hit the spot better for you in the mornings, as all we smokers know . . . that first one of the day, or in my case 10 . . . were the ones most needed. Although, you've only just purchased your Sky cig, I'd seriously look at investing in a bigger battery model, it's an investment that you won't regret. That, with a higher strength juice, will replicate the ciggy experience better for you and make switching considerably easier. Your banner looks good btw.

Agreeing with Perpy! The Sky Cig will be fab as a back up or for using when you will be out and about for short periods. I think you did great just having 1 ciggie on your first day and only cause you'd ran out of power. I think vaping will really work for you Something like this will last a lot longet but will still be compatible with your sky cartos and vice versa vapourhut.com/e-cigarette%20kit?product_id=104code hut10 sometimes works for discount

hI perpetua and Karma,
You are both probably right in what your saying about going for a bigger battery type and I will definitely keep that in mind probably for the not to distant future.. For the moment I think I'm quite happy with the Skycig. Yes, I'm changing the batt's often, but the pack seems to be coping fine you know.. one in my face the other charging and vice versa. I charge the pack in the morning and it lasts all day. My problem yesterday was I went away without the pack..dopey!! Live and learn I suppose.
I do need to get stronger Juice, I now have three empty carts so it's make my mind up time #attachment#

Switching to something like what Karma has suggested will be like night & day, coming from a ciggy-like.

Hi Chrissie,
Well... I've been on a wee bit of a spending spree.. took your advice and bought 5 x 5ml bottles at 24mg in different flavours. so I'll see how that goes for now.
Cheers for all your help, much appreciated.

Don't forget Gj, if you do buy a juice you don't like, you could try swapping/selling it in the classifieds section But you will also find that as your taste buds change, some juices you don't like to begin with, you will like at a later date
