Health Cabin Tracking

I'm waiting for a small order fom HC, slowboat. When I try to track it the info is in Chinese This didn't happen with my last order ???

Anyone else had this problem?

Karma I had exactly the same problem with my LT ordered from Greenhouse One in China, and so did beeratz. I gave up in the end and just stalked the postie til it arrived.

Yeah the tracking site has gone loopy you can copy what is written in Chinese and attempt to translate it with google but it doesn't work too well lol mine came up with something like 'export to package bao feng accept overseas' haha

Edit: Or.... You can use another site called 17track or something like that, that one tends to work 'a bit' better

the last time I was able to track a HC parcel, it was still in Xiamen when it turned up at my door

Probably answered my own questione there and should just go with Anne's advice, it'l be a nice surprise when it turns up

Tracking tends to end when it reaches the departure airfield, still a pain though, I'me like Anne, like the surprise.

This is the second morning that the big post van (the one that brings parcels) has been parked outside my house for over half an hour. each time I've saw it i've gotten so excited, only to become very disappointed

I wonder where he is?

Typical, turned up while I was working so had to go and pick it up at the sorting office!

I'm quite impressed so far, i got the 650 one and it's just the same size as my other Riva/Egos

I'm not sure why I ordered a black one though, bit boring really!
