As much as I know Atties do die and sometimes sooner rather than later it still upsets me that an item i have sold has not given you guys the use that you expent or want James

Perpy, are they 901's? If so, a couple of mine that have seemed to have died almost instantly, haven't been dead after all. They have stopped working due to being over tightened. I've got them working again by using a pair of tweezers to gentle lift the little brass ring a fraction, on the battery end of the attie.

Thanks Chris for the tip, I'll remember that for the future.
These were standard 510's, weird as I do always test my atties when I get them, not to worry I must have got a duff pack as they all died after the first fire.
Think as Prof said in another thread, you have to come to terms sometimes with the odd disappointment on accessories.

It isn't fool proof but can save atties.
