Not at all good......... everything is fine but I'm getting no vapour whatsoever........... am at the point now where it will go out of the bloody window. I have been at it for 3hrs!! > (((( Esme )))) You will get there . . . but I'm going to suggest, you maybe put it down for tonight and go back to it in the morning when you're fresh. It will be something so simple, that you'll see with new eyes in the morning . . . believe me, I've been there.

Just had a thought Esme, for tomorrow . . . when you say that there's nothing when you put the tank section on and fill it, does it feel like there's no draw on it at all, despite getting an ohms reading?
If so, it could be because you've no airflow and maybe need to lower the centre post just a smidge . . . .

Where are you in the UK? One of us might be nearby and could help?

Esme I'm sorry you're having the same problem I was, there were 2 things I did at the same time that worked for me, I pressed the coil further into the top of the ceramic with a flat screwdriver as it was quite high at the top and I screwed the whole thing tighter into the battery, I sorta did both things simultaneously and one or both of them produced smoke from the coil. I hope something works for you, I know how gutted I was at the time (((((Esme)))

These fees for making exchanges to foreign banks are ludicrous - it is all done electronically anyhow and is no difference really from moving money within the UK. I'm with Lloyds and the last time I did this they would do it for £10 and I thought that was bad enough!

Finally got my tracking number, Penelope is on her way Charge up the provari steve and be prepared to be blown away All charged and ready to go. Also bought some of that silver wire. Was there an issue with the ceramics in the Penelope? I see there has been a bit of discussion about spare supplies.

I see there has been a bit of discussion about spare supplies. No issue at all mate, ceramics are fine it's just that it's always prudent to have a spare and they sold out in minutes

If so, it could be because you've no airflow and maybe need to lower the centre post just a smidge . . . . How do I do that? The post is down as much as I can get it perpy.............. it fires up just great when the atty is on, get about 1.4 - 1.6, there seems to be no problem with that........... its just when the tank is placed on and screwed down, there is no draw and the tank feels quite hot. I have tried everything, checked that wires are not showing, the wicks running down the chanels and covering the wires the top bit of the tank is closed gently, that the mouthpiece is closed and then gently open it........... still no draw. I just dont know what is going on I'm out today so cant do anything till this evening. I've made a new wick and coil to try again tonight from scratch.

You're not getting any airflow by the sound of Esme, when the Tank is screwed on . . . if you can't get the post screwed any further down, though it's quite stiff that last part I have to say. Had a job myself with it as I don't have much strength or grip in my hands.
Maybe try a thinner o ring ring on the post, just to give you a little more leeway or try a smear of vaseline on the internal threads of the Penelope base to maybe help you get that extra turn in.
