I don't want to be a damp squib here ladies but if I'm not mistaken the pipe in question the 601 is the pipe that OK Smokey has recently stopped selling as it is not reliable and needs too many parts replacing too often.
George recently informed his customers about this and is trying to get his own more reliable model created.

Hissie, he pipe that Peter had at VapeFest was a mini-pipe bowl with an 801-510 adapter, a LR 510 atty and a RN4075 cart. So a pipe with a 510 is possible and it still looks good

Scylla, Simon from Liberro was not there but he donated plenty of goodies for the raffles and the Go disposables that went down a storm.

To answer the question:

I get a number (!) of Santa remarks at Xmas (usually from drunk young women) - I hve a standard response: "No presents for you - you haven't been good..."

The rest of year I get Gandalf, ZZ Top, and Darwin ("Here mate, why's your picture on this 10 pound note?") jokes...
