I'd be inclined to open a PP dispute and escalate it to a claim immediately, mentioning that on your communication.

Although it's a pain getting confirmation of fake goods as Scylla says, depends how accomodating your bona fide retailer is.

Lisa, I read on the ECF forum that some of the folks in the states that bought Riva's from LF also had 2 standard atties - however, when rechecking their kits, they found an LR attie in addition - I think they said it was in with the cartridges? So they ended up with 3 atties in their kits. Might be worth checking all your packaging?

Just re-checked and there is not one there..I will email LF later on, I feel a bit grumpy now so prob no the best time hmmm :-)

I had exactly the same response from them. To be honest, I only ordered the riva over the tornado as it contained the LR... :-(

I have the Riva with regular 510 atties & I'm well pleased with it.

I know it's not right that you've received the Riva without the specific atties, but even with the regular ones your not going to be disappointed.

I have LR510s and have only used them with my SD MKII, don't feel I need to use them when I vape from the Riva.

Also, the Riva charger is ace, not so sure that the Tornado charger comes close to it.

You have made the right choice

The Riva works well with regular atties and they generally last longer and cost more than the LRs so it's not all bad. I generally go for the TW Tornado (with the mega cartomizers) as I've found the quality and reliability better than the 'clones); one of my Riva batteries suddenly stopped firing up my mega cartomizers, two of my Bauway ecos tried to blow me up and my XL Halo's connector came adrift after a few day's use (and lasted only an hour on a full charge). I've just treated myself to two mega Tornado batteries and hope these will be as trusty as my regulars have been.

Just ordered some more atties. The juice I have...Menthol this is yummy, I never liked the mentol ciggies but this is great. Drum = Yum. L&B yep nice, also got pina colada and rasberry not tried these yet. All from James, the last two on the list were freebies. James is Great :-)
