Ive been smoking over 20 a day for 35 years and I didn't believe I would be better for stopping. However that annoying cough that used to keep me ( and hubby) awake at night has totally gone and its only been 6 weeks. I breathe easier too.

Hello and Welcome I can recommend Paradise Vape's Menthol Tobacco, it's even better left to steep for a few days and you really get a hit at the back of the throat with this menthol one, you can get a 5ml or 10ml bottle to try first I use 36mg 50/50 and it knocks me socks off just like I like it.

I have ordered a variety of menthol from a few recommended places and cannot wait for them to get here.
I have been very sparing using my stuff so far just in case I get too hooked and run out.
Pleased with myself today though only 4 ciggys and that was more to do with frustration searching out the VG ones. Some sites don't say what they are made up with or I am missing something.

Mine has some bits of string in the top (that are a swine to rethread if your a bit clumsy and can't find your glasses) cant see it on there.
I will have to phone up and ask in a week or so, at least I have 2 so if one goes wrong I should have time to get it sorted.
