But that's why I can't sleep, not mods but I suddenly start thinking............. about work, about the cat, about the kids. Body is dead tired and the brain wakes up at bedtime !

I read a few pages before I go to sleep to try and clear my mind, that's stopped working too.

Joking apart, I do know exactly what you mean and honestly, thinking about vaping goodies is much better than worrying about kids, work, cats, dogs, budgies, fish etc!

Had a devil of a day and finally get to say hello at bedtime!
I too have trouble getting off to sleep, I get really tired in the afternoon/early evening then am wide awake til the wee small hours.
Someone somewhere back in my past suggested imagining yourself on a cliff overlooking a warm inviting sandy beach.
You can hear the waves and have to walk down 100 steps carved into the cliff. As you go down count backwards slowly. At the same time feel your feet then legs and all the way up the body getting warmer, heavier and more tired . It used to work, I never did reach the beach.
I had forgotten all about it and will have to retry it

I have a couple of questions, when you wash The helicopter ( V3) 'blushes' and the case/cartirdge/whateveritis can you wash all to parts or are some meant to be kept dry?
Also the one I am using sometimes pops especially when I first push the button. is that normal or is something wrong

The odd "Pop and Crackle" isn't anything to worry about Esk, just the juice hitting the hot bits. If you're liking the menthol but fancy something with a bit of taste as well I would suggest Grizwalds "Arctic Honey" it is absolutely gorgeous and, never mind this "all tastes are different" Malarkey! Anybody that doesn't like it is a total Heathen

That is reassuring pedaldog thanks. It catches me by surprise sometimes and I swear a spit of the juice lands on my tongue.
Grizwalds "Arctic Honey" does sound nice, I have 5 sampler Grizwalds and am getting sort of used to the black cat, the cocomel one put me off when I first tried it and its sitting there tempting me to try again. I cant try any others until I wash one out or buy some holders.

If I dont like it , I pour it back into the bottle, clean out the V3 and use another juice. Though i have 4 or 5 visions and about 10 spare heads. My aim is to buy juice and a 5 pack of spare heads each month now I have got myself settled.

Malibu I am going to look such a fool asking this but just how do you get the juice out and back in the bottle? I pulled the mouth piece off but it wont pour and if I take the bottom off it will go all over the place.

Quite chuffed today, some of the new juice arrived and I like it. I have not had a rollup since 10pm last night. Just starting to really crave one.
I did take great delight this morning in vaping in the house while hubby got soaked smoking in the garden in the rain.

A small syringe will do the job for you Esk, but you ought to be able to pour the majority out, without one.

Maybe if your liquid had cooled a little, it wasn't quite so fluid?

Off to take a look, lucky hubbys always at work when this stuff comes. As for my vaping cupboard he just shuts the door everytime he walks past because I leave it open all the time...............but he never looks in it
