Well sort of - mod boxing right at the beginning - you could just use a usb pass through and use a voltage regulation circuit coupled to a variable resistor, solder on a 510 adapter and hey presto Tis, and will be a little more complex, but the idea is there

I'd personally go for a Twist for VV for now - or check the classifieds first, or wait until one of the forum vaping professionals answer, like macafan - is that right? sorry dude if I got your name wrong ???

although, wasn't there someone (supplier) who posted a VV pass through for less than a tenner? (check supplier threads, it's in there, there was an auto one and a manual one) USB pass through with VV

As a home base unit you can use a pass through, the problem is from what I read the batteries only last a couple of months (don't understand why yet) but if you take the battery out of the equation you will have a long lasting home based unit.
I should probably shut up as I'm not even walking yet.

A few of us have this and it seems to have lasted well, it works as a passthrough and as a stand alone battery, quite usefull

The vv on it isn't as good as the Twist though!

If you can find that link to the supplier with the usb - vv pass through, then yeah, job done - that is what you want - battery free Less than a tenner + p&p + that I think would be cheaper than building one unless you have all the bits - as an alternative you could think of one of these?

Yes it's easier to control the vv on a Twist, you can go up by tiny increments and the Twist goes up to 4.8.

There are only 3 settings on the vv pasthrough batteries and they only go up to 4.2. They are still a very useful gadget in the vaper's toolkit, handy for long car journeys with a car adapter
