Postie was nice today, my kit is here So I got the USA and Delux mixes loaded up into cartos, liking both but think the Delux has a slightly better taste. So now I want to try out the clearo, is it ok to store the loaded cartos in their condoms? and how long can I store them like that? Thanks for all the welcomes and advice

How exciting, pleased you have managed to get up and running I've stored cartos for weeks with the condoms back on and they've been fine

sorry, I missed this post! You don't get a good run time at all out of Sky Cig bats and the refill cartos are very expensive. However it will take normal 510 cartos and if you can get the full kit plus pcc charger using code 'quit38' still for £11.99 then it's not a bad buy for out and about and back up! The SD Keyring is much more robust and the battery will outlast a sky cig one by around 3 times. Many of us have one for stealth vaping situations

Liking the snap, crackle and pop sounds but the clearo seems to be a little hit and miss, I did the shakey wavey thing like the guy in the video explained and found specs of liquid all over my keyboard. My fingertips feel greasy so I don't think it's water, not doing that again. I'm also finding I need to hold it upside down sometimes for it to work, is this normal? I should point out this is the clearo that came with the kit and not the V3. Just tried the cart again, seems much more consistant, it just don't look like a sonic screwdriver though Ashtray is in the dishwasher and my tobacco is in a safe place, just in case :-)

Hi ant and welcome from me too. Sounds like you are off to a great start! I think you are being a bit pessimistic about the life of your Rivas - you should get 6months at least out of them if not a year or more. If they pack up before that it is usually because the electronics have fried - juice getting in and shorting them or trying to put too much current through. From the sounds of it you have the skills to repair one if that happened - you can buy the electronic bits seperately. Lots of vendors do passthroughs if you want one of those, here for instance: www.liberty-flights.co.uk/product.asp?id=98ECR69 gets you a 10% discount

Thanks Dave, that made me happier. I cant remember where I read about battery life being 2 months but if they can last that long I wont bother with a pass through. who supplies the electronic parts?
