Right 12 hours without a cigarette, Vaptastic!
had a couple of beers and sort of want an analogue but not really that bothered.
I have also found I am alternating using 2 Vaps as I don't like the heat production from using one. This mean I need another noisy fan at my computer?

Keep it up mate! I didn't think I could do it, but here I am! I had a few of ciders while vaping and it was ok. Thought that having a drink would need a fag with it but it was alright. Looking forward to Wednesday. It'll be two weeks off the smoke and my daughters 3rd birthday!

Thanks Benny, 16:00 hrs in and still good. I think my problem is habit, funny enough I have been on the apples tonight as well. Being day 1 I moved my ashtray and tobacco a few mtrs away and out of sight, in the morning I will move it to the garage as its a little tempting at the moment. Once I vapped a couple of hits I'm fine again. I seem to like my vap to be cool and heat makes the flavour unpleasant after a few tugs, still learning but will get there

You're going great Ant . . . and you're right, so many of the ciggies we smoke/smoked are habit.

I could easily go through 10 before I even left the house for work, did I enjoy all of those? Of course I didn't, but I'd got into the habit of sparking up at different stages of the getting ready process, so I just plodded on with it.

That is the exact reason why I wanted to stop for some time. I got to a point where I was smoking as a ritual or because that's what I did at certain times - fag breaks at regular intervals at work, getting into the car, getting somewhere and sparking up before going in, and again when coming out lol. Not missing it at all

I have another problem, I presumed because I was still taking nicotine that my taste buds wouldn’t change too much - Dinner tonight was F'ing terrible, even the peas tasted quite powerful! It was really salty. So was it just a really bad meal?
Since vapping my coffee tastes like crap but I put that down the flavourings in my vap.

Salty? did you add salt at the table? Perhaps too much salt in the cooking water? I'm very sensitive to 'salt' can only handle a tiny little bit

Many vapers like dripping as it's a great way to try out new flavours without commiting a carto/clearo then finding out you don't like it

I did add salt but only the usual amount.
Oh well, I just ordered 4 new juices and I only have 3 fresh carto's so one of the juices will get the unlucky dip :-)

ant i had days like that, everything tasted disgusting, food , drink, everything. It did settle down. my food does taste different now though, my beloved Heinz sauce now tastes vinegary ( the whole reason I don't buy cheap ones )

But don't let that put you off vaping lol, all the rest of what's happening are +'s.

Everybody is different, I understood I would smell all the smokers, I can't even smell smoke now , let alone when somebody has just had one.
