The crime in all this will be if they return to smoking as a result of being unable to obtain what currently keeps them from the habit or vaping becomes as/too expensive for them. This.

No problem, one of my personal nanny state favourites is scissors that are sold in blister packs you need scissors to get into. Man! I so hate those damned blister packs. Some of them lately seem to be made of some super magic space age material that defy all my attempts at breaking into them. Scissors? Bah! They seem well able to resist all my best efforts using chisels, axes, angle grinders and being thrown against brick walls in blinding fits of rage..... But the irony of needing scissors to open a scissor pack certainly isn't lost on me.

If you are looking for a good single coil rta that is suitable for both dtl and mtl, I would recommend an Augvape Merlin ... Fantastic flavour, velocity style posts, really large build deck and idiot-proof wicking method. Thanks yinyang. My trusty old subtanks v1 are getting on a bit now. So a good single coil rta would he nice to find. Ill google/youtube that one I'm strictly in the MTL group BUT It was the Augvape Merlin I played with here: linky .Maybe it'll give you a few more thoughts about the Merlin. It'll Direct to Lung pretty well iffn ya remove the optional air reducer it ships with. I got mine from FT. Certainly it is set up for single central coil (with room for a big fancy coil if that's your thing) with big build area. It certainly can wick heavy juice easily. Note, though, I've only "pushed" mine to 18 watts.....

Hi ya froggylegs I'm one who joined up since you were last here. As some have said earlier the iStick 50 (in particular) has had some reliability issues reported in different places around the net. So much so that many will not stock or buy them. That said - I've three and I've never had issue with them. Mine work well as simple VW mods (none of that later fancy Temp Control stuff available) and they do give decent battery life with convenient USB charging. I also have a couple of iStick 30s and love 'em. They naturally don't have the battery life of the 50 nor the ultimate output power but have proven reliable and robust for me. I've not seen any reports of general systemic problems affecting them like I've seen with the 50 either - they do seem generally very well regarded.

Hi tim , "Between us, SWMBO and me use about 40-55ml per day", surely you mean per week or even 2 weeks. I use 3ml a day, sometimes pushing 3.5ml on a bad day but that would have to be a very bad day. I was beginning to wonder that too lobeydosser .... seems a lot. But then again I haven't ventured deep into sub-ohm vaping. I've read a few threads in other places where people were talking about how much e-juice they consumed. I've seen some say they regularly inhale over 60 ml per day. Certainly far more than I use. ** with the TPD 10 ml max bottle size, that sure adds up to lots of bottles around the place.

Why do you need a brown bottle when storing in a freezer...it's dark in mine? Jim errr... you don't. *blush* I assume my freezer is also dark inside when the door's closed. That is part of my normal list of criteria when advising about nic vaping fluid storage for both in and out of the freezer. I made a mistook including the brown in the list this time ....

Whats the life on the liquid when frozen? VG and PG 72mg Seen mention of four years on the net along with mention of the liquid degrading As far as I'm aware it's all largely anecdotal Lee . ... [ETA] - Kurt, a chemist on ECF thinks that VG nic, which becomes more viscous at low temperatures than PG may store better; although I'm still to be convinced! I've seen that comment from Kurt too. A couple of extra general things that will help storage life of your nic base - and, yes, some are out of your control: * Starting with fresh product. If your supplier mixes with old VG or PG, well .... *sad face* * Fast delivery - so your nic base is not held in hot storage sheds longer than necessary * Proper packaging - brown glass bottles filled leaving minimum air space at the top. * edit to update quote...

I have this theory that being married sends men grey and having kids sends 'em bald. I went grey after being married but as we have no kids I still have hair...... Although SWMBO doesn't accept the logic or soundness of the evidence. **Nope I've noticed nothing along those lines I can attribute to vaping.

... True, but have You got Romper Suits for adults over there?....('Onesies'!!?..even the name's for the kindergarten!!!!) I do seem to remember seeing adverts for those.... and I also remember shaking my head in disgust when I saw it. Sorry, heading for a thread-derailing rant!!! A good rant, occasionally, can be quite theraputic. And also entertaining for the bystanders. ...& Breathe!!
