quite a lot, but I never manage to get the same mix tasting the same twice. even by careful measuring of the quantities. I have some Almond flavour that now and again if I get a juice that I dont like I will add a few drops into the clero to see if it makes it palatable, sometimes it does just enought to enpty the clero so I dont waste any lol (I am tighter than a Ducks rear end lol)

I have some 26mg non flavoured that I would be willing to swap with you if you want, I have about 45ml left it is in PG though if that makes a differance. It's not a lot of good for me as I am vaping at min 24mg, so once I put in the flavour into it I would have a pure PG at a lower strength than I am used to.  |

Benifits,
Feel healthier
breath better
taste is better
smell is better
lathergy is better
new friends (on here)
I just feel all round better. and the good thing is that I am not snacking like I used to when having tried to give up before.
Bad bits
Smells that were masked by smoking are really stinky
Have to wash all my clothes to get the smokey smell out of them
have to decorate/clean the house because I can smell smoke in the carpets on the walls etc
Nasty tastes are really nasty now
Spots, since I have given up smoking I have got spots
coughing, I go the smokers cough for a while at the begining
I smell, I seem to ooze a smell out of my skin
the last 3 are to do with giving up rather than vaping. If you look up the effects of giving up you will see that they are all listed there. You have spent so many years putting crap into your system it is now getting a chance to come out.
same as these ones, swolen throat, bleeding gums, snooring due to the soft pallet in the roof and back of your mouth getting a new flow of blood to them and them trying to repair.
A friend of mine has found out another problem caused with the VG/PG mix. She had very bad tum troubles like an IBS attack. She thought by reading up on the interweb that it might be a reactionto the PG so had ordered up a load of VG only. it was getting worse and she thought she would have to give up vaping. She ran out of the daily vape so borrowed some of mine which is a 50/50 mix. her symptoms started to go, and it turns out that it is the VG and not the PG that she was having a reaction to. (just a thought to people out there that think it might be the PG) .
I will say that with all of the bad side effects of vaping, for me none of them were caused by the vaping itself but the giving up of the nasties. and even if it was caused by the vaping I would say that the health benifits far outwaigh all of the bad ones.

It might be that things are just all over the place for you at the moment, with your taste changing & coming back, blood getting to places its not been in a long time, sense of smell getting stronger, things repairing like your lungs & throat. Though it is possible that you have an allergy to PG the chances are that its just everything else |

Just curious about the metallic taste. I have a question for you, when you brush your teeth, do your gums bleed now? For me after a short time vaping, I started to get bleeding gums. This was not to do with vaping though, but to do with giving up smoking. The bleeding was because now the blood in my gums had started to flow better & get to where it should of been. The metallic taste could be blood from your gums as they try to repair themselves.
On the same thing, my throat felt thicker, like it was inflamed. Apparently this is again to do with the blood flow. It will go down in time according to my Dr. It's just like swelling on a cut.
Could it be this your feeling and tasting?

I was wondering...if you add alcohol to e liquid mixes, do you get same effect as from drinking...I am thinking it wouldnt be enough to make you feel drunk, but then again as it is vaped, maybe more alcohol gets into the blood stream? I have done a teeny weeny bit of reaserch into this very subject. The inhalation of alcohol will get you drunk quicker and with a lot less volume than if you drank it. The absorbsion of the alcohol through the lungs puts it directly into the blood stream, and with a total absorbsion of about 85 - 100 % depending on how long you held the vape in your lungs. There are commercial devices that are sold that will atomise the alcohol through the use of an untrasonic mister, it is then inhaled with a measured amount of pure O 2. These devices are digitally controlled so that the user is only capable of taking so much in during a rolling time period, and a total amount in any given 24 hr period. So to answer your question yes vaping alcohol is worse than drinking, but it is used in such small quantities that it would give you less of a kick than the Nic. If it is not a desired outcome then I would suggest that warming the prospective alcohol liquid up to around 85 Deg C for a period of roughly 10 min per CC of liquid, and keep it stired to allow for the evaperation of the alcohol but not the vlavour. that said, a lot of drinks flavours are made up with the alcohol as part of it, so you will loose something from it in doing this. That is about all I have looked up lol |
