Hope you get it sorted kuro. I'm just about to wash one of mine and will use warm water (not normal bleach and scrubbing brush - only joking).
Sorry guys but I still have questions - when you fill a clean rainbow, how long do you need to let it soak before you start vaping it? Oh and do you need to wash it before every refill, even if using the same juice?

Hi gjdart and welcome. I'm a newbie too and just wanted to say I started with the Skycig. To be honest, the only problem I had with it was that the batteries only lasted barely an hour before needing a recharge, otherwise it's a good kit really. I've moved on to the Riva now, thanks to the knowledge and help I've received from members here. Apart from a few "real" fags on holiday recently, I've found it easy to give them up using the ecigs and I'm sure you will too. Good luck and let us know how you're doing.

See another Kudos to the supplier there, a lot of suppliers would only replace if it was DOA. Now Poppsie, be careful with this one lol, glad your going to be sorted Thanks batdragon. It is good of Jason to replace it for me. Don't worry, now that I understand what went wrong, I'm being extra special careful LOL.

That vision doesn't appear to have any ml markings on it. I thought all the vision egos did? Womble, do you mean mine? It has got the ml markings on. I would have put it down to experience too if I'd had them longer than five days. Jason has emailed me to say he is sending a replacement, bless him!!

You'll find the rest of the tube inside the collar.. It has snapped off.. Where did you buy them from? Oh, they are a bit flimsy then aren't they! Got it from Vape Escape. Does anyone supply better quality ones?

Hopefully you can see there is no indentation for the collar to fit on to. I won't be able to glue it, way to fiddly!

Just tried to upload a pic but you can see the result!!! Will need to read up on that one. OK your piccie shows a slight narrowing on the part which holds the juice which the collar will fit onto. My cartridge doesn't have this narrowing, the collar just sits on top.

Can I post pictures on here straight from my laptop or do we have to use an image hosting site?

That collar will just press back in..No need for any glue.. Just make sure that the silicone washer inside that collar is still there. Just had a good look. The top part of the collar has the threads where the mouthpiece screws in. This part is OK. The bottom part of the collar sits right on top of the plastic part that contains the juice. They are both exactly the same size so the collar can't be pushed into it, it just sits on top (obvioiusly been glued on as I can't see any other way it can stay in place). Hope this makes sense.

What silver coloured bit has fallen off?[/quote]
Its the bit where the mouthpiece screws in. Its what the mouthpiece actually screws into.

OK oneday, point taken! Have resorted to using my first "rubbish" fag-a-like for a while.
