Hi everyone
Had my Riva a couple of weeks and my stardusts a few days now. Everything was going great until today. I put a battery on to charge (it was as flat as a pancake) but the green light stayed on and it wouldn't charge. Just tried it again and it now seems to be charging OK with the red light on. Can these batteries be a bit temperamental?
Also, got a prob with one of the stardusts. I was unscrewing the tip to refill when the little sliver coloured bit totally broke off so I can't screw the tip back in. It looks like it's been stuck on but the whole unit is unusable now. I've just emailed the supplier to ask for a replacement so hope he is OK with that.
I'm sure I'll "get there in the end" with this vaping business LOL.
Thanks guys.

Have you been keeping the connectors on the battery and charger clean? They can get a bit gunked up with e-juice which will stop them working/charging properly. I normally just use a bit of tissue but occasionally use alcohol swabs, you can buy 100 for around £2 delivered on Flea Bay The swabs are also handy for keeping drip tips free from germs you will get there, it is a bit trial and error in the beginning

With the stardust can you not just glue the silver ring back on? or has it broken the plastic?

With the Riva/eGo batteries the terminal at the top can get a bit gunked up. if you clean it out with a cotton bud, it might help as it sounds like it was not connecting correctly As for the stardust, you always need a few spare, but think that the supplier will help you out.

Another thought Poppsie, are you screwing your cartos Visions on too tightly?

May be a faulty charger or the center pin is not making contact with charger center pin..Try raising the center pin on the charger with a cuticle stick..
What silver coloured bit has fallen off?

HI guys
I've got one spare to be going on with. I clean the connectors with tissue paper before they go into the recharger but getting some swabs sounds a good idea and I also make sure I don't screw the cartos too tight. I don't really fancy trying to glue it back on cos I'm sure I'd get in a mess and ruin it!!

Poppsie - close your eyes and lightly touch your thums to your middle fingers to make an 'O' shape. Breathe deeply and chant 'backups for my backups, backups for my backups'

Its the bit where the mouthpiece screws in. Its what the mouthpiece actually screws into.

That collar will just press back in..No need for any glue..
Just make sure that the silicone washer inside that collar is still there.

That collar will just press back in..No need for any glue.. Just make sure that the silicone washer inside that collar is still there. Just had a good look. The top part of the collar has the threads where the mouthpiece screws in. This part is OK. The bottom part of the collar sits right on top of the plastic part that contains the juice. They are both exactly the same size so the collar can't be pushed into it, it just sits on top (obvioiusly been glued on as I can't see any other way it can stay in place). Hope this makes sense.

You press the bit that has no threads back in..
The threaded portion should be at the top..

Can both of you please post a picture of the container so that I can make out if it has popped off or the tube has broken off?
