Hmmm I posted a couple of hours ago, looks like it didn't get through ??? I would love to try the Butter Rum and Banana Fosters and leave a review. I have enjoyed a number of your juices before and expect great things from these

My comment wasn't limited to the context of vaping.
Examples which prove my point -
1. Gary Glitter 2. Gerald Ratner 3. BP
The only time when the phrase "all publicity is good publicity" is true is where the only goal is for you name to be heard regardless of whether it is in a good or bad context - where the goal is fame regardless of whether it is in a positive or negative or positive light.
In the context of consumer products, for all publicity to be turned into good publicity it has to be managed and spun. Leaving it open to the randomness of public opinion and media bias is like playing russian roulette. Even without a pre-existing bias, whatever journalists write or say is going to be informed by the most easily available info which, unless there is a concerted effort to put the correct info in front of them is likely to be info coming from parties that have a vested interest in undermining ecigs since they have more money, are more media savvy and are better organised.

Ultimately it's something you have to determine for yourself since your body will absorb nic from vaping at a different level from everyone else and your vaping habits are likely to be different from your smoking habits. I would say to start no higher than 12mg and be prepared to drop the nic level if you find yourself vaping more than you would smoke. Best bet is to get juices at a few different nic levels so that you can easily adjust and find the level that works best for you.

Christ... tell us what they are already! There comes a point where teasing and suspension just becomes annoying... especially when there are people here who know what you are talking about and the rest of us don't. Personally, it makes me feel like there is no point even paying attention since the insiders are going to get first dibs anyway >

I really am all for bulk buying from the cheapest source... but before you get there you have to get through the testing stage, no point bulk buying until you find the right things to bulk buy.
Right now for me, cartos seem to be the best option... but even dealing just with cartos, you have to try the various brands, sizes and resistances etc before you buy in bulk and how long they last is part of that decision process.
I am also stuck on the idea that clearos should be better... I am at a loss as to why flavour, vape, draw etc are better on cartos when logically, because of the wadding, it seems to me they should be inferior.

Logically, I expected clearos to be a far better delivery mechanism, but so far, for me, I am still finding cartos more reliable in terms of vapour, flavour, draw and heat. Still trying to test everything I can get my hands on though

I don't know anything about ECCAUK or any other industry/consumer organisations... but if there is anyone involved in such things, if you haven't already, please get some well written press releases out so that the real facts are at the hands of journalists, not just to the big papers but the locals also.
Journalists are inherently lazy and always under tight deadline pressures, providing them with the facts in a manner that they can easily digest and use will help to get a balanced message out.

Yes, I realise they are disposable items, I am just trying to find a rough benchmark for planning purposes. I will get to the stage of buying in bulk, but I am still at the stage of trying many different things to find what works best for me.

Just wondering what the average life expectancy for a cartomiser is and whether this is something that varies a lot from brand to brand.
I have a Boge XXL which is struggling (tighter draw, less vapour, less flavour) after about 5-6ml and not letting it dry out at all.
