First and foremost i must point out that the warranty that comes with the provari is a provape warranty, and as such they 9 times out of 10 will want the unit back to see if the problem has been caused by misuse from the user or if it is a manufacturing problem, if it can be fixed or if it needs replacing. vapist You (and all vendors with the same policy) need to make it clear on your sales pages that if there are any faults with the goods you are selling that the customer will need to return the item to USA and that this may incur postage and customs charges along with the time the whole process will take. It is reasonable for a customer to assume that if there is a problem with an item purchased from a UK vendor then it will be fixed/replaced or refunded by that vendor. If this is not the case then it should be made very clear so that customers can make an informed decision about their purchase and who they purchase from.

im sorry Sandra im now wondering if there is any benefit buying from a UK importer than just buying direct That really depends on the importer. What has happened here is unethical and contravenes the Sale of Goods Act. An ethical vendor would have offered a replacement or refund as they are required by law (not to mention common decency) to do so - that is a statutory right . We have a thread titled "Kudos to Suppliers" I think it would provide balance if there was also a thread to list suppliers who have provided unsatisfactory service.

Again with the wipey things, are you all passing your bits around? Ummm... yes... I think that's why they all book into the same hotel at vapefest

When I win the lottery/write a bestseller/marry a rich person, I'm gonna go buy a provari and a penelope. And I will vape it while cruising through splott in my cadillac with the top down, and everyone will thing I am the tits. Are you insane?! A cadillac in Splott?! With the top down?! Holding something shiney?! Do you have a death wish?! When you run aground on one of the thousands of speed-bumps, the natives will see your shiny provari and penelope and assume that they are worth more than the houses you are driving past and swoop down on you like seagulls in chippy alley fighting the drunks for their kebabs after the clubs close. And anyway... if you win the lottery/write a bestseller/marry a rich person... why would you still be in cardiff?!

For me it was completely unplanned, I didn't set out to quit smoking or to save money (good job since I have only achieved one out of the two ). I had been a committed smoker for over 20 years... a combination of rollies and Marlboro. I had a bit of a chest infection (sort of... self diagnosed) and wasn't really able to smoke much... I had been trying to just cut back while my chest cleared, but was finding it really tough. I had been aware of the existence of e-cigs for a while, in a vague sort of conceptual way... I had never given them any thought or consideration since I really didn't think they would work. But in my frustration at being unable to smoke much or cope with the lack of nicotine I made an impulse purchase of a Greensmokes starter kit... 2 days after it arrived I had stopped smoking without even trying or deciding to do so. Vaping was just far more enjoyable. I have an extremely stressful life and the thought of quitting smoking has never really been an option for me... dealing with withdrawal symptoms and cravings really isn't an option even though I have been aware for a long time that smoking has been effecting my health and I needed to quit to avoid an early grave. As long as I can avoid bankruptcy from excessive vape spending, I don't expect to have any problem with avoiding going back to smoking.

I can highly recommend Cherry Liquer and Forest Fruits if you are in a fruity kind of mood. I can say that all the juices I have tried from there have been great though... and I have tried a fair few lol. I always go for extra flavour... but I do have lousy tastebuds so that is no reflection on the standard flavour.

I really don't like the look of these... purely from an aesthetic point of view.
The plinth on an ego would concern me... I tend to get heat build up around the button ring when using skirted clearos... that plinth is going to make that buildup even greater and hold it in longer.

Have both Tim, it's the only way to be sure you've made the right decision in my experience. Or you could open your vaping museum of everything ever made and let us come and test it all out

I did direct afew to this site, which got me thinking Is there away we could have some kind of printable card (business card size ) that we could print of, would be handy to keep 2 or 3 in my wallet to give to people, hadto ask the barmaid for a pen and paper afew times. Great idea. www.vistaprint.co.uk always have a free business cards offer running (I think you just pay p&p). Maybe someone should design some on there for the forum and post a guide for anyone who wants to follow.

It is absolutely the vendors responsibility to exchange the faulty item or offer a refund under the Sale of Goods Act. That's someone I won't be buying anything electrical from.
