When I get a lift to work with a smoker, the car smells dreadful, but it still smells really nice when he lights up. I know, I know, I'm odd!

Great to hear how well you're doing Ziggy, well done We all have bad vape days sometimes and get a bit flumoxed by some of the bits and bobs, so never be afraid to ask questions, it's quite a steep learning curve Isn't it just . Well done Ziggy, I feel the same way as you. I never thought I'd get off the stinkies either. I had a couple of stinkies though earlier this month as I'd run out of vaping supplies. Please don't beat yourself up about it. It happens to the best of us.

...a Riva for Mr Fan! He ran out of cartos last night for his e-lites, so I handed him a spare battery (i now have four in total) with a clearo filled with Grizwalds Jamaican Fruit Punch, and he loved it so much, he asked me to get him one . The order has duly been placed with Jason , hopefully I've got the order in in time for it to be sent today . I knew he'd crack eventually, it was just a matter of time.

SmokingGun, hello and welcome from someone else who started on e-lites! I can understand you wanting to stay with something that looks like a cigarette, I was like that originally. Mr Fan still prefers a cig-a-like (despite the battery life), and as we have plenty of the cartomisers for them, I fill either four or five at a time, which takes about 5-10 mins and means that he's good for a few days. I find it easier with the sample bottles than with the bigger bottles, so I bought a needle topped bottle and just drip it round the sides. If you aren't overly bothered about what colour they cig-a-like looks like, someone on here recommended a good little kit with 510 batteries in it, I'll see if I can find the link. You'd need to buy some cartomisers (prefilled or otherwise ) to go with it, as it comes with atomisers and cartridges separately. It does come with a small bottle of juice though. I'll see if I can find the link.

This is going to be a lot of a rant, so forgive me…
I am sick to death of the Olympics already! If I never hear the word again it will be too soon. I work in IT for an outsourcing company, and the area I work in is fairly specialised (I work on SANs, so don’t ask me to fix your computer, I can’t do it any more ). So many of our customers are now coming back and saying ‘…and this needs to be in place before the Olympics’. One of the company’s told us that one of their most important systems that hasn’t been backed up for six months needs to have back ups in place ‘by the start of the Olympics’. WTF! What were they going to do if the system had crashed in the last six months and they couldn’t get it back? Another of our customers has asked for a dedicated on call person over the Olympics, I’m glad it’s just the one because the team isn’t that large. Some environments have got change freezes in place, which means that much needed routine maintenance can’t take place, I just hope that nothing goes wrong with those environments until the change freeze is lifted.
Add in to this the fact that the company won’t let us have any time off over the period, so we aren’t going to be able to watch most of it, and you can appreciate why I’m fed up to the back teeth of hearing about the Games. See, can’t even bring myself to type the word any more! I’m fed up of hearing about it every day on the radio, on the TV – Aaaaaarrrrrrgggggghhhhh!!!
All of this on top of trying to put right what the Bangalore team have done wrong, training up new people, whilst trying to do my normal day-to-day job with all that that throws up. Oh, and if anyone can explain to me what it is that OFCOM does that is so important during the Games, please let me know. None of my team can work out what it is. Utility companies, yes, I can understand them. I’m just so glad that we didn’t win the bid for the IT systems for the Games, I think we’d all be in straight jackets by now.
Stressed, moi?
