I think I first tried e-cigs around 2006. It was the really plastic look-a-like model. It cost a lot but broke the first night. Then my son told me about the new types of e-cigs in 2010. I got the 650mAH batteries. I have never had an analogue since. Its about 2 years now.

I got a couple of these through earlier this week with a sample order I made. I found I had to fire it up with a variable voltage to get it kicking then it seemed ok. Would be nice if you were out in the dark I suppose

If you are still having problems locating these items, I have some white ego style kits in 650mAH and the 1100 mAH I think in black, pink and cherry red. If you call 07832967110 tomorrow, I will alert my son that you may call him at the shop.
We usually sell the kits with a zip case and 10ml of liquid included and a choice of normal resist atomisers or Ce4/stardusts but just ask for what you need and I am sure he can accommodate.

I had a look at the FB page too. Seems that Barry Grant is a TW re-seller and has some of their goods available for prizes.
Again there seems to be no specific date for a meet that I can see. Is the main Vapefest not around those dates you mentioned?

There was a post on UKV which people were adding to as they found liquids that were affecting their tanks. From my recollection there were quite a few. I agree that vendors should supply this information but for those that already have liquids would it not make sense to compile a list here.
I also assume you are suggesting something like the C9V website info Jason ? as below
"Polycarbonate problems
It is known that some e-liquid ingredients can cause cracking or even melting of polycarbonate, plastic or acrylic tanks and tubes.
The following ingredients and juices are known ones to avoid if you have experienced these types of issues but this is not an exhaustive list, if you have a juice that has caused your tank to frost up or crack, please let us know and we will add it to the list and do what we can to replace your tank also.
Citrus acid Clove oil Orange oil Sour flavors Malic acid Any e-liquid contining essential oils (best to avoid vaping these anyway) E-liquids containing triacetin Some cinnamon type flavours Some cola juices and flavourings Wintergreen juice or flavoring C9V Absinthe flavour concentrate C9V Maraschino cherry flavour concentrate C9V Cinnamon Danish flavour concentrate C9V Citrus Mix flavour concentrate C9V Spearmint flavour concentrate TPA Cinnamon Danish flavouring TPA cherry blossom flavoring TPA Maraschino cherry flavouring TPA Mountain Dew flavouring TPA root beer flavoring TPA Spearmint flavouring TPA Vanilla Custard flavoring"

Thanks for all your input guys. I don't know if the lady in question got in touch with River or anybody else although I did direct her here. She certainly hasn't posted again on FB.
Thanks again

Hi there and I know exactly what you mean. As a sufferer myself of CFS/ME I often find I have to read things over and over and then I just don't take them in. Perhaps you can try watching youtube where there are lots of videos. It certainly helped me at the begining to get to grips with filling cartridges looking after my e-cig and other tips.

I have a lady on my FB page enquiring about e-cigs. She was wanting to buy online but I always think it is best to have a look at them in real life first before making any decisions.
So are there any vendors, suppliers in the Staffordshire area who can let this lady have a look at a few models and you can happily take the sale.
Thanks

Before I began using e-cigs approximately 2 years ago, my lungs were in a bit of a mess. The previoius November I had what was suspected to be, swine flu. On top of that I have asthma. I use a little tube devise which measures my lung capacity and in November it dropped from around 280 to 120.
It was neee naw time into the hospital on 2 occasions and eventually I recovered AND returned to smoking my rollies, but my lungs did not. My little tube I blow into told me I was hovering around the low to mid 200.
Fast forward to 2 years ago and when I began using e-cigs and what a difference. I now sit at 350-400 on my little device and I believe 400 and slightly above is the normal lung capacity for an adult female.
I think I have had one cold in the past 2 years where previously every cold turned into a chest infection and lasted months and that was frequently.
I could offer you loads of anecdotal tales from my customers and how their health and fitness has improved since using e-cigs.
But as has been said before, it is early days in terms of research.
For me, the benefits of being able to breathe well are beyond any concerns I would have because I know what the alternative is, and trust me struggling for breathe is not pleasant.

I have a lot of customers who had never touched menthol type normal cigarettes but love menthol and minty flavours now. Many of them moved on to even stronger menthol types like mentholyptus and eventually found that was not strong enough either.
I ended up concocting a stronger version again of the eucalyptus, menthol and added "freeze" flavour to satisfy them.
They experiment with their own combinations such as pineapple and super menthol and tobacco flavours and super menthol.
So it is not unusual at all.

I have an Asus transformer which I got last year when they just came out. So early in fact I had to wait months to purchase the keyboard part which converts it from a pad into a notebook and gives lots more battery time.
I find it great for reading and watching films as well as lots of other things. Android is great on it and I have never had any problems.

At Falkirk Market there is a pub and bingo in the same building complex.
The manager of the bingo uses an e-cig having stared on a look-a -like e-cig (not bought from me). He progressed to an 650mAH kit and welcomes all of his patrons who use electronic cigarettes.
However the bingo in the town does not allow e-cigs to be used indoors. I have customers from both bingo venues and the ones who cannot use their e-cigs at the bingo complain bitterely about this fact.
You would think it was just a simple case to switch bingo's and come to the bingo that allows the use of e-cigs, but people have a circle of friends they meet. It is similar to asking someone to change their local pub.
The manager has told me that since the smoking ban they have lost a lot of money on the interlude quick games. Thats the fast games that are played during the break time. People are now going outside to smoke so don't play them.
It makes business sense for all these type of venues to allow electronic cigarettes but hey ho.
On the up side, I have taxi driver customers who say they are making more money because they don't have to vacate their vehicle to smoke now. That means they can pick up more fares !
