I thought I would update you, I'm still vaping on the sample e liquid and my throat is playing up! It feels as though I've smoked 20 beson and hedges in one go, I'm sure it's either the nicotine or PG with me, or it could even be both, but I love the taste so much I can't put it down.
I might contact the supplier and ask whats in it and if it is PG or high nic, I'll buy a VG with lower or 0% (I've had 0% and it was ok with me)

I had the same problem last week, upped my water intake, less coffee, less vaping, vaped with 0% nic with more VG and everything calmed down. yesterday I was vaping on a sample bottle sent to me with one of my orders (aint got the foggiest what's in the ingrediants ) but I felt ok , but started feeling my throat slightly irritated again, but not as severe as last week. Not sure if this will help, but thought I would share my experience. You will get there in the end, so don't worry yourself. it could eve be that in the first week we are so overly excited trying out different flavors that we get carried away without realising that we are over doing it and the irritated throat is a sign to say "ok love me throats had enough" lol I dunno with daily experimenting we will learn what suits us  |

God, don't you just get excited knowing you haven't craved a ciggy after vaping! i'm so over the moon I want to stop everyone in the street holding a fag in their hand and say "Stop in the name of love, before you break your heart (a bit of Diana Ross lol) go to aaec and learn about vaping)

Would you say £3.00 signed for postage for e liquid is reasonable? In general what is the postage from most suppliers?
I'm inlove with a strawberry from one supplier and was wondering about the postage as I'm new and haven't used many suppliers as yet.
I know paradise postage is £1.50 and his e juice is great, but what do you pay? what would you say is reasonable?

Batdragon, Thankyou for the link. Honestly I still can't get over vaping. I can't sleep thinking about it! I never ever thought there would be anyone or anything that could stop me from reaching out for a cigarette! Two weeks and one day for me since I've started vaping and in my second week I look at smokers and feel sorry for them. ! Am I dreaming? have I really not smoked for 2 weeks? Somebody pinch me |

That Skycig is a good deal! Is it the £49.99 kit for £11.99? Where/when do I put the voucher code in? The vanilla sounds yummy! Would I be better off getting some vanilla liquid instead of these pricey refills? Haha no, but I was in sainsburys today and tried to have a vape, well did a tiny small vape and I felt awkward. I felt as though the security guard would approach me and to be quite honest I can't be bothered to explain what an e cig is, some will assume I'm lying.
